    Bought this item thinking it was great based on the reviews, I quickly realized that it was not that comfortable and I looked like a secretary with this thing on. I returned it for a different model.

    The thing like about the blue tooth was , people were able to hear me better; unfortunately after wearing it for an hour it hurt my outer ear.

    I thought it would come with a magnetic A/C charging cord like my last headset. It just has the 12 volt cigarette cord For your car or USB attachment. Oh well

    This hands-free earpiece worked well. I typically buy those that wrap around neck. Difficult to find those neck styles with where the mic is actually on the outside rather than the inside
