Plantronics
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried several of the new type of different bluetooths and still went back to this one. It talks to me to let me know whos calling and also lets me answer the call by just responding "answer" hands free. I call also tell it to ignor the call. Its also more reliable walking around and not cut out like the others did

Posted .Hi! Thank you for your review on our Voyager 5220 headset, however, we are sorry to hear about your experience. If you are experiencing low volume on the headset you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset. With the headset powered off, press and hold down the right ear bud until you hear "pairing". 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_BBFIT 3100". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful". We also recommend checking for updates on the headset through Plantronics Hub. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still experience the same audio issue with the headset, then it means it has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Remember this unit counts with a limited warranty since the first day of purchase, and if you need a replacement you can click on the following link for further instructions: https://bit.ly/2N637EC. I wouldn’t buy a Plantronics Bluetooth if they sol
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been buying Plantronics Bluetooth devices all my life, I used to swear by them. In the past two years maybe three I don’t know what happens to the quality and technology that goes behind these Bluetooth‘s but I have purchased at least three different ones on the same models and all of them have the same problem people here echoes people can’t hear me the voice is cut out in basic they are terrible devices something you would expect to pay 1999 for, I don’t mind paying over $100 for a good Bluetooth at all but I want a Bluetooth that’s worth over $100 and you’re not getting that with Plantronics anymore. I wouldn’t buy a Plantronics Bluetooth if they sold it to me for $25 I am so disappointed in this company you have no idea.

Connectivity & Hearing issues on receiving end
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately this Bluetooth headset was awesome but now it looses connection easily and people on the other end of the phone call cannot hear me. I have used it on iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 Pro Max and it is the same. Very disappointed because I make a lot calls and my clients can not hear me most of the time.

Posted .Hi Chuck and thank you for sharing your honest feedback; However, we're truly sorry to hear you've had trouble with your Voyager 5220 Headset. There are a few troubleshooting steps that should helps us determine the cause of the issue. If calls are disconnecting from the earpiece, this might be related to the smart sensors as they detect the pressure from your ear, yet there can be several conditions triggering them, like having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear, or wearing glasses. Please disable the master sensor through our Hub Software for Desktop: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM to verify if the issue connection and audio issues persist. Lastly, please test the earpiece with a different cell phone model, in this case with a different iOS version, as it could be related to a recent update. If you still get the same results, then there must be an actual problem with the unit and it is best to replace it. This model counts with a one-year limited warranty when purchased as brand new. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you require further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team at: 1 888 248 4143 or 1 916 928 7561

Posted .Thank you for sharing your experience with your Voyager 5220. We're sorry to hear you were not able to find a comfortable fit even after trying the different sizes of ear pieces. You might also want to try using the included foam covers to see if you get a more secure and comfortable fit. Our headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. If you are looking for a product recommendation, please don't hesitate to contact Plantronics Customer Care at 855-765-7878.
