Posted .Thank you for your honest feedback and review, sorry to hear this headset didn't fit your ear very properly.
When we design a specific headset we aim to accommodate around 80-90% of different ear shapes and sizes but unfortunately one size doesn't fit all.
If the headset is uncomfortable to wear, feels loose in your ear or just seems like it'll fall regardless of the eartip size you are using we do recommend trying a headset with a different wearing style.
We will also make sure to forward this information to our product designers for them to consider when developing new products.

The headset seems to be coming apart when I plug in usb in the charging port. previous versions are better. Planning to return the product.

In case your headset feels too loose or falls off your ear under normal usage even after trying all available eartip sizes and wearing your headset on either ear we recommend that you try a headset with a different wearing style.

I wouldn’t buy a Plantronics Bluetooth if they sol

In the past two years maybe three I don’t know what happens to the quality and technology that goes behind these Bluetooth‘s but I have purchased at least three different ones on the same models and all of them have the same problem people here echoes people can’t hear me the voice is cut out in basic they are terrible devices something you would expect to pay 1999 for, I don’t mind paying over $100 for a good Bluetooth at all but I want a Bluetooth that’s worth over $100 and you’re not getting that with Plantronics anymore. I wouldn’t buy a Plantronics Bluetooth if they sold it to me for $25 I am so disappointed in this company you have no idea.

Surprisingly Small But Awesome

Connectivity & Hearing issues on receiving end

I have used it on iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 Pro Max and it is the same. Very disappointed because I make a lot calls and my clients can not hear me most of the time.

There are a few troubleshooting steps that should helps us determine the cause of the issue. If calls are disconnecting from the earpiece, this might be related to the smart sensors as they detect the pressure from your ear, yet there can be several conditions triggering them, like having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear, or wearing glasses. Please disable the master sensor through our Hub Software for Desktop: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM to verify if the issue connection and audio issues persist. Lastly, please test the earpiece with a different cell phone model, in this case with a different iOS version, as it could be related to a recent update. If you still get the same results, then there must be an actual problem with the unit and it is best to replace it. This model counts with a one-year limited warranty when purchased as brand new. It talks to me to let me know whos calling and also lets me answer the call by just responding "answer" hands free. I call also tell it to ignor the call. Its also more reliable walking around and not cut out like the others did

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.had older model & when i asked salesperson if this one was like my old one he said it was exactly like it. well it wasn't had to bring back to store because it wouldn't sink up to my phone correctly after 30 minutes the salesperson got it to work ALMOST as good as before because i have older phone it doesn't find nubers the same way as before when i upgrade my phone it will be fine (i hope)

The company that made it has been swallowed by another company. The new company doesn’t answer ANY questions about it, they only answer questions on their own products. Looks like they just wanted to get rid of the competition.
