    Too many calls with static with this Bluetooth. If I switch to speaker or another wires headset the issues stop

      Hi! Thank you for your review on our Voyager 5200 headset, however, we are sorry to hear about your experience. I you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset, you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_V5200". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. You may also want to check if your headset doesn't have any updates available through Plantronics Hub: https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/downloads-apps/hub-desktop. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same issue, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it.     I like the ability to link 2 devices at omce but cannot wear it for long periods without discomfort. Had to buy a different device.

    It's clear while talking on the phone, but ear piece doesn't stay in the ear if you're moving around. Works well sitting in one spot.

In case your headset feels too loose or falls off your ear under normal usage even after trying all available eartip sizes and wearing your headset on either ear we recommend that you try a headset with a different wearing style.

    Didn't fit my ear way to small, ear bud wasn't positioned properly. The charging case did work well.

      Thank you for your honest feedback and review, sorry to hear this headset didn't fit your ear very properly.

      When we design a specific headset we aim to accommodate around 80-90% of different ear shapes and sizes but unfortunately one size doesn't fit all.

      If the headset is uncomfortable to wear, feels loose in your ear or just seems like it'll fall regardless of the eartip size you are using we do recommend trying a headset with a different wearing style.

    Using is a big draw on phone battery. Looks good, overall function is good, don’t like drain on battery life.

In general, having Bluetooth powered on and using a Bluetooth headset with your mobile can cause faster battery drain.     Three people have already worked on this and it still doesn’t work. The company that made it has been swallowed by another company. The new company doesn’t answer ANY questions about it, they only answer questions on their own products. Looks like they just wanted to get rid of the competition.

    I’ve had several of the headsets and absolutely love them. However this one was different. I don’t know if they Changed factories or what but the speaker was fuzzy. The on off button was hard to move. And the Bluetooth connection was unreliable. I returned it. Best Buy was great to work on the return. No issues there. I used to buy these from a competitor an had great luck until all of a sudden exactly the same thing happened. The speaker was fuzzy and the buttons moved hard. So I switched to Best Buy hoping that they would be genuine. They were until this one. I hope this is a one time issue I had! I chose to recommend to a friend because the good ones I’ve had have been excellent. I’m crossing my fingers this is one time issue.

    had older model & when i asked salesperson if this one was like my old one he said it was exactly like it. well it wasn't had to bring back to store because it wouldn't sink up to my phone correctly after 30 minutes the salesperson got it to work ALMOST as good as before because i have older phone it doesn't find nubers the same way as before when i upgrade my phone it will be fine (i hope)
