Sounds is great, the only reason for 4 stars is because of fit, I wear a 7 3/4 size hat and I wish there was a way to adjust the fit as it's a little bit small and can't keep the earbud in my ear.

I've owned quite a few bluetooth headsets & this one is by far the best one. Noise cancelation is great! The person on the other side can hear you loud & clear. Battery life is also good. If I ever was to buy another bluetooth headset I would get this one again.

Not as loud and clear as my old Plantronics M50 but I would assume it's the wind/noise canceling feature. It still works fine and people I talk to say they can hear me better than with the old one. I don't know talk time is really 7 hours. I used it 3 hours one day, left it on overnight and the next morning I got an alert the battery is low. Not what I expect from the stated 7 hours talk time and 9 days standby. Overall works great but I don't trust the talk time.

This is my second Plantronics headset. I upgraded to the next model. This one has a longer range and a clearer sound than the Legend model. The battery life is decent.

Even though this is a little more pricey of the Bluetooth headset selections, the sound quality is really good and fits on my ear solidly, especially with the ear support around the outside. It has 3 sizes included for the earbuds and may take some experimentation to find the depth in your ear canal that you'll be comfortable with. If the earbud is too large, it can cause some irritation after it expands when placing in the ear canal. So I had to choose a slightly smaller earbud size so that it's comfortable after it expands and sits in your ear for awhile. The action of talking can cause the inside of your ear canal to rub against the earbud slightly, so don't make it too large if you need to place it deeper in your ear. If you only need to place it against your ear opening only and not too deeply in the canal, then earbud size just needs to be big enough to provide non-movement along the outside.

This headset give you two things we all want in a headset: Above average call and battery life. Overall it has a nice design and is as easy/hard to pair as any other headset.

Very happy with this item. Good sound, fits well too. Looks bulky but actually has a good feel on your ear.

The headset has great incoming and outgoing sound quality. Comfortable and easy to wear all day long. The talk time could be longer, and it cost it a star.

Replaced an earpiece that had made me sound like I was in a windy cave with this one. Best rated on many review websites. Not cheap but so worth the cost. I'm hands free all day, sounding clear to others with good sound in my ear. Pretty comfortable too.

I have had my 5220 for about 2 months now and feel very good about this purchase. Call clarity is excellent and ease of use is also very good. I would give it 5 points if it was just a little smaller but had the Jawbone Era prior to this and will tell you that the 5220 has much better call clarity, both inside and outside in the wind. The 5220 also has a nice battery life and I can easily make it through an entire day and then some with a single charge. I would recommend the charging case if you travel. It keeps the unit safe inside the hard plastic case and allows it to recharge while in the case. Definitely worth the extra $40 or so. I still think that this is the best bluetooth device available.

I've tried several different earpieces even the airpods by Apple but none of them compares to the Plantronics 5200 earpiece is the best wind reduction you hear clearly has no static last much longer than most earpieces

Very good product completely drowns out the background noise. Comfortable design the only complaint is that the Bluetooth sometimes drops from the phone and you have to reconnect it.

this is my Third Plantronics Voyager in i guess 6 or 7 years. the first one I had for 3 years I lost, bought another, then found the original 3 months later - outside. I dried it and plugged it in and it worked. I had a back up for the next 6 months before the battery finally gave out. the next one lasted me about 3 years before rough handling made the mic boom split. I bought a new one and later decided to GLUE the mic boom back together and guess what it works - not perfect, but i have a back up again. I regularly ask customers if they can hear me if i have the sunroof or windows open and the answer is always yes perfectly. If i close the windows it's only because i can't hear them with all the background noise. My only slight complaint is they switched the button functions on this latest model. I'm hoping they are configurable so i can go back to what i was used to.

Great Bluetooth. I have heard others say how great these are and had to try them. The earpiece provides great clarity and the microphone does an outstanding job of canceling background noise. I work in a noisy environment and this is remarkably good.

I like the quality of the sound. People that I am talking don’t complain that they can’t hear me. I wish it would seat in my ear a little better. I have tried all the tips and the medium is to big and the small is not quite right

I wear my headset all the time because back problems cause difficulty holding the phone in my hand. This is only headset I've owned that callers don't complain about noise. Only pitfall is wearing with eyeglasses, it's otherwise very comfortable!

It answers my call, voice activated calling , it even ignores calls ,i dont want to answer . Its soft on the ears and i dont have to worry about it drop off my ears in unusual and Unretrievable areas if it fall off my ear. This the 3rd Plantronics Voyager series ear peice ,ive owned.It just doesnt have the studio sound like the others when listening to music or a movie on the plane. I try apple, 2 beats ear pieces, all had issues for me.

I only want a Bluetooth where it does not enter into the ear canal and block hearing when not in use. Happy to report you can take the end off of this one and use accordingly. Crystal clear. Long life battery and great voice commands.

I use it with a Google Pixel and a PC with supplied adaptor. The only issue is the stem from the main body to earpiece could be just a little longer. Sounds great and battery last all day.

Perfect in every way, great noise cancellation, multi point is awesome.
