      Hi! Thank you for your review. However we are sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with the headset. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the performance of the microphone. To do so: 1. Delete the headset from your cell phone’s list of paired devices. 2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. 3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. You might also want to ensure the headset is the only Bluetooth device connected to your phone while you’re using it in order to rule out wireless interference. If you have the same result, please try doing a Firmware update through our Plantronics Hub for Desktop.     Like the sound quality but not the way it fits on my ear wish it would fit tight on my ear

      We recommend that you try using your headset on either ear and with every available ear tip size in order to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Sometimes using the included foam covers also makes a difference so we recommend trying them on in case you haven't! Plantronics

    My husband bought this for me because I was having to put my smart phone on speaker to hear calls. This product is amazing! I can hear so clearly now. I love that I don’t have to push a button to answer or hang up. The phone starts ringing and the product announces who is calling if it is a known number. You then hear “answer or ignore” and you just reply your choice. I love it!

    It is OK But it is the most exspensive bue tooth I have bought and yet it has the least amount of talk time per charge. Most last 8-10 hours - This one says 7 but only ever gives you 6 - Not even enough to get through a work day.

As you know this model features up to 7 hours of talk time; Nevertheless performance is dependent upon battery usage and may vary by device, hence it can range between 6-7 hours of talk time. If you are getting less than that, it could be a battery issue. Battery issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). You may want to try charging your headset using a different charging cable and power source to completely isolate the issue.       That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.

      To do so:
      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.

      If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty.     I give this device two thumbs down. I am always having connectivity issues were the headset. It starts off working fine then the calls drops to my phone on its own. I called Plantronics and they had me to delete headset from my iPhone and re-pair it but it still does not work properly. So Plantronics advised me to swap it out.

    Comes with different sized earpieces but can’t remove the run that ripped so I can replace it. It started sounding staticky to calls on other end. They can’t hear what I’m saying. It also fades out. Further the inside wiring fell out of it and I pushed back in thinking it would work, but nope!!! I bought this same one a couple of years before and they lasted longer.

    This headset does not work. It constantly says 5 hours talk time ... pairing mode...... I had a Planatronics Voyager Legend for several years and loved it which is why I thought I would this one as well. But this thing is not worth having. I have to shut it off just so I can have a conversation on my phone otherwise it goes back and forth from phone to headset through the whole call.

    Love the announcement feature, but people are complaining about the sound when I’m talking fading in and out . I can hear the people I’m talking to with no problem. It would be better if it didn’t take 90 minutes to charge. And the charge lasted for more than 7 hours

      While this is not a feature built-in to the headset itself you can read and send messages or emails if your phone's voice assistant has such a feature; to use it from the headset you will need to press and hold the voice/mute button for 2 seconds then let it go after the beep. You can speak the command you'd like to perform afterwards. Plantronics
