Great product!

This product is amazing! I can hear so clearly now. I love that I don’t have to push a button to answer or hang up. The phone starts ringing and the product announces who is calling if it is a known number. You then hear “answer or ignore” and you just reply your choice. I love it!

Posted .Hi! Thank you for your review. However we are sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with the headset. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the performance of the microphone. To do so: 1. Delete the headset from your cell phone’s list of paired devices. 2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. 3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. You might also want to ensure the headset is the only Bluetooth device connected to your phone while you’re using it in order to rule out wireless interference. If you have the same result, please try doing a Firmware update through our Plantronics Hub for Desktop. Make sure the earpiece is powered off when connecting it to the computer via USB. https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/downloads-apps/hub-desktop . We recommend that you try using your headset on either ear and with every available ear tip size in order to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Sometimes using the included foam covers also makes a difference so we recommend trying them on in case you haven't!

Our intention is to provide the highest quality products to our customers and we thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. This headset counts with a talk time of up to 7 hours. If you are getting less than that, it could be a battery issue. Battery issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). You may want to try charging your headset using a different charging cable and power source to completely isolate the issue. You may also want to check if your headset doesn't have any kind of updates available through Plantronics Hub: https://bit.ly/2NNfqpE. If for some reason you still encounter the same issues with the battery, then it means it has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Not worth the $100.

I need something that would last me longer than 8hours. Its also not noise canceling or better said the mic isnt noise canceling. I will be returning.

This model features four-mic active digital signal processing (DSP), acoustic echo cancellation and six layers of protection against wind noise. To troubleshoot it, please reset the BT connection. Lastly, test the earpiece with a different phone model and while it is paired with a single BT device in order to find the cause of the issue. Constantly goes to pairing mode

It constantly says 5 hours talk time ... pairing mode...... I had a Planatronics Voyager Legend for several years and loved it which is why I thought I would this one as well. But this thing is not worth having. I have to shut it off just so I can have a conversation on my phone otherwise it goes back and forth from phone to headset through the whole call.

Terrible Battery Life

Good brand , bad experience.

Maybe it was just a bad one but I am going to try it again.
