    Battery issues It works fine as a Bluetooth headset but it the battery doesn’t hold a charge very well

    When it works it works well. Often it says it's connected to the phone but there's no audio.

      In order to troubleshoot connectivity or audio issues you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:

      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test.

      If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset.     Worked for about 4 days and returned. After using this headset for the last 10 years(formerly plantronics) I havent had one last for more than 6 months. Done trying this headset as they get worse every time.

    Bought to replace an older model plantronics Bluetooth, but the battery life was significantly lower.

    The Geek Squad person help me determine my headset was defective. Joseph was great! sadly returning this, and the one that I want is not offered by Best Buy. No sale here not going to try to re order another one. The unit would not sync with my Bluetooth laptop. However my laptop would sync with everything else in the store, lol! Going to try to order elsewhere.

    Have not used item yet, the return policy was too short of a time period. Not even 30 days, husband drove trucks so by time he came in in two weeks to get it, he had won one at work for trucker week and couldn’t return this one because time was up.

Please ensure the volume is increased on both your phone and the earpiece.     Really bad Reception

    Tried it on my oneplus one and Nexus 6p and no matter what it still broke up, while my phone was in my pocket. Only worked when phone Was in plain view

      That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
