We'll swap it out at the store to get another one

I will try to go back and maybe swap it out I know sometimes you can buy a defective item but we'll try it again

Have Loved Plantronics in the Past, But Not This O

I have had several of these Plantronics in the past but for whatever reason this one becomes disconnected at an annoying rate. Not sure if it is due to the Alexa side of it but I do not even use this anymore. I can be talking and it just disconnects from the headset.

Posted .Hello! We hope you are doing well. If you have a Voyager 5200 headset, these models us a micro USB cord to charge the headset.
It has a micro USB port at the end of the ear loop section. The one that used a magnetic charging cord was the Voyager Legend. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us at (888) 248-4143 or (916) 928-7561

Battery issues

Zero stars for defective product!

Joseph was great! sadly returning this, and the one that I want is not offered by Best Buy. No sale here not going to try to re order another one. The unit would not sync with my Bluetooth laptop. However my laptop would sync with everything else in the store, lol! Going to try to order elsewhere.

Plantronics has gone down hill!!!

I have bought two in the last four months and both of them are terrible when it comes to someone hearing you. And now the two year warranty has been discontinued, I am done with them

Lastly, testing the earpiece with a different mobile phone, and while it is paired with a single Bluetooth device is also ideal to determine the cause of the issue. In regards to the warranty, it depends on which version of the 5200 model you acquire. The Voyager 5200 UC and Voyager 5200 Office have a two-year warranty, the Voyager 5200 Standard has one year. Really bad Reception

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.
You may also want to try the headset with another bluetooth cell phone. To see if the issue follows the headset. If it does, the headset is likely defective. If that is the case we can replace that device. You can use the following url to view our replacement steps.

Please ensure the volume is increased on both your phone and the earpiece. Bad signal ear piece
