The Voyager 5220 is one of our best communication devices, specially engineered to deliver superior call clarity. There's a few procedures you could try in order to troubleshoot connectivity and microphone issues. Please reset the BT connection between your phone and the earpiece. To do so: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. You may also want to ensure the firmware is up to date through our Hub Software: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM. Please reset the network settings on your phone to rule out wireless interference. Connectivity issues might be related to the smart sensors. These detect the pressure from your ear, yet there can be external conditions triggering them, like having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear or wearing glasses. To isolate the cause of the issue, please disable the master sensor through Hub>Settings>sensors>master sensor. Lastly, please test the unit with a different phone model, as it is ideal to isolate the cause of the issue. Please note this model counts with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. No more warranty

We have no reason to come back and purchase these in the future. Its very disappointing.

The Legend was and is a very good BT, but this thing is not worth the Plantroics name! Hard to pair, battery is useless and connects and disconnects constantly. I went to another store and got the Legend and have no problems.

You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone.
If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test. If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset.

Plantronics 5220

For what this blue tooth headset cot you, it should last a lot long with out issues. Dropped calls get fuzzy or distorted, can't hear who your talking to. Took it back and went with another brand.

This model is one of our best communication headsets and specially engineered to deliver superior call clarity. If calls are being sent back to the phone, this might be related to the smart sensors. These detect the pressure from your ear when wearing the earpiece but there are several conditions that could be triggering the sensors as if you were not using the earpiece. For example: Having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear or wearing glasses. To isolate the cause of the issue, disable the master sensor through our Plantronics Hub Software for Desktop. Buy the geek squad protection

The recipient told me to just take the store credit that it wasn’t worth the cost. Best Buy customer service was very accommodating.

Poor quality

Sound quality was decent, but calls were awful. Had to return.
