Battery dead

Low Talk Time a Deal Breaker

Maybe it was a bad unit, but overall there are other units I decided to try instead. It’s a fairly expensive headset so it should perform as expected.

Not as good as previous version

Only the Voyager 5200 UC includes the USB BT600 along with the portable charger, though some resellers offer the earpiece and portable charger as a bundle. We thank you for your comments. The cheap Bluetooth that didn't want to pair

There is no compatibility info with this product

No one at the store said that could even be an issue. I had to dig for that information online after I bought the item when it wouldn't pair with my phone.

I would take it back to Best Buy but I have had it for about 2 months . This device has only been used minimally and not everyday .

This is one of our best communication headsets and specially engineered to deliver superior call clarity and we're sorry to hear you've had microphone issues with your unit. In order to troubleshoot your product, please try resetting the the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headphones. To do so: Delete the headset from your cell phone’s list of paired devices. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. Lastly, re-pair the unit with your phone. You might also want to ensure your unit's firmware version is up to date through our Plantronics Hub. Testing your headset with a different phone is also ideal to isolate the cause of the issue. Please note this model has a one-year warranty from date of purchase and you can file a claim through our website. The life expectancy of the product is of at least a year, but this varies depending on the usage and on most cases it should be closer to 2-4 years. We thank you for bringing this to our attention.
