Finally, A mute button on the mic ! I am on a lot of conference calls. The easy to access mute button is a must. I have been using this for about a month now. Zero complaints. I keep in the ear all day. Very comfortable. Clear as a bell on both ends. Battery life great for all day use. I did turn off the HD to help extend battery life. Bluetooth range seems good to me. Phone is usually close by though. If you want a good quality headset, get this one. Worth every penny.

This is the best Bluetooth headset on the market for noise cancellation. It is my third headset in the voyager family. They are very comfortable for all day use.

Great design, sound quality, and product overall. I have owned several Plantronics headsets over the years. If you are a daily user, you are likely going to have to replace every 18 months or so due to wear and the top rubber part wears down I have found, but still think it is a good value.

I have bought about half a dozen of these, and the only reason is because I lose them. I keep on buying them cause the of the quality. really recommend them if you do a ton of calls or even if you need to have your hands free.

Okay, so I've had this headset about two years now. Maybe a bit longer. I also wear glasses. Here are my main issues with this headset and why I will NOT be recommending it, starting with... CONS - It's uncomfortable and is not very ergonomic, especially if you wear glasses. As a matter of fact, if you wear glasses at all, I wouldn't even be looking at this headset. - The earpiece is non-replaceable. Unfortunately, mine tore and I came to find out it is glued in place. This means the headset is essentially non-usable for me. - It charges via MicroUSB, an incredibly outdated standard for charging. - Button-placement isn't great, especially if you have longer hair. I need to use two hands just to adjust the volume, otherwise the headset comes right off. PROS: - Battery life is sufficient for longer-than-normal phone calls that have depth to the conversation. I've had zero issue getting through 3+ hours. However, while this is okay for me, it could be considered a con for others.

While I personally figured that I would not use this that much, I find myself using it quite a bit. the sound quality is awesome. the clarity on the other end is pretty spectacular as well. I hope that there are new ear plugs that come out to help get even better fitment. Glad to have purchased this product. The battery pack was worth the extra bit too.

Good range, good battery life. It is larger than I would like.

This review is way over due. I purchased this blue tooth over 1 year ago and I had problems with this product. Right now the blue tooth is connecting and disconnecting from the phone which I sometimes have to hold the phone in my hand to keep a steady connection. The device is constantly falling out of my ear. This model people can still hear background noise which I thought for the price it has noise cancelation built in. I had a older version don't have the model number but it seems like it was much better than this model. I don't see how four or five stars can be given for this product. No I would not recommend this product. I have to start all over again for my search of a reliable blue tooth.

It fits perfect, I got it for my husband because he is a truck driver so we can communicate safely, great product and the charge lasts forever.

I like the product, and I'm happy with my purchase. My only issue is that it fits better on one side of my head compared to the other. Probably due to my head. LOL

This Bluetooth is by far the best I have owned. I like that you can listen to music & the sound quilaty when your on the phone is superb. The only downside is the battery life. You get 4 hours out of it when you are streaming music at full volume.

This is my favorite Bluetooth! call quality is clear and noise reduction is by far the best I've come across over the years.

The wind cancelation is very good. Even though it is a large device, it is still pretty comfortable on my ear.
