This is my 2nd Plantronics. Having purchased other brands previously I can truly say that this device stands head and shoulders above the rest. The amazing technology that allows you to be to be in a street with considerable noise and the caller cannot hear a thing. Only your voice. The many features it comes with makes it the very best on the market and well worth the price. My first one cost well over $200 and was well worth it. The new technology makes this a real buy

I can ware this bluetooth for 18 plus hours for my job it is the most comfortable bluetooth ever with 7 hour talk time a very great product. With the micro usb no special charging product is needed well worth the price.

I am very pleased with the product and time it takes to charge and also holds good and it gives a good talk time too. The noise cancellation and crystal clear sound makes it very audible in most busiest place like mall and airports.

Great headset. Haven't figured out the voice cancelling part. It picks up everything at this point. However, it it sounds clear and is comfortable to wear.

I bought the Plantronics earpiece a week ago and must say how nice and clear the sound is. I use it with an iPhone 6s Plus and couldn’t be happier. It’s lightweight and not too large. The clarity is good for the person I’m calling too.

Let me start the review by stating I believe I received a defective earpiece. I have used the previous version for greater than 5 years but it finally went out on me so I decided to upgrade to the newest version. QUALITY - I am sad to report that the quality is poor especially with the range(distance) with this upgraded model. I cannot go from 1 room within my home to the other before the service is dropped. However, the previous version I could go from my room in the back of my home to the mailbox which is in the front of my home with no service interruption and I am in the exact same home. BATTERY - The battery is not sufficient compared to the previous model. I cannot get more than 5 hours of talk time before it goes dead and the previous model allowed more than 7 hours. At this point I have returned the new model earpiece which I wanted so badly, especially considering it works with Alexa but it’s not worth the headache I use my earpiece for my mobile business and cannot afford to drop or miss calls due to out of range or dead battery prior to even the 7 hours of combined talk time. With all that said I am repurchasing the previous model. I hope this review helps someone.

Headset is very comfortable don't even notice it's on and works great for noise canceling and loud areas people can't even tell there's any background noise

The Voyager 5220 has a very good noise canceling feature. I have been out in the wind and no one hears the wind in my mic. Also very good volume range and comfortable to wear.

The sound quality is very clear and exceptional. I have used other brands prior to this and none of them can match to this level of performance. The talk time duration per charge is awesome. I strongly recommend this device

I JUST BOUGHT THIS AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT ALL READY. I HAVE A VERY LARGE HOUSE AND I CAN WALK TO ALL THE ROOMS WITHOUT HAVING TO CARRY MY PHONE WITH ME. VERY LIGHT WEIGHT, YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW IT'S THERE. VERY GOOD SOUND QUALITY.

I like the earpiece, the sound is clear even when you’re outside in windy weather. The only drawback I can think of is after a while it starts to fall off my ear.

I Bern using that Bluetooth similar model (current one is upgraded version) since 2015 that last long but I lost that I buy again that new version that still works N best part they have app that help u find your lost Bluetooth if that's still near by u N connect to with Bluetooth but can't find just use app N play especial sound that u can hear N find. I found my new device 5 time that mean I save hundreds $$. Yeah you might thinking why i lost first one than... first time when I lost I was not home & I bymistake throw with garbaj n drive away than I realize.

This syncs perfect right out of the box with my iPhone 7. It speaks to you with who is calling by name and you speak to accept or ignore. She tells you how much battery is left. It is comfortable and forget you have it on. Highly recommend.

this is a great bluetoooth .it sounds real good and fits right over my ear .

I absolutely love this version. It fits comfortably and it actually does reduce the background noises when you are talking with someone. I still don't understand why so many people don't use quality earpieces and remain hand free. Plus if you leave your phone, the earpiece will let you know you are no longer connected.

I bought this for my wife after she had tried 3 others. This one works the best. She said it fits comfortably on her ear and she can hear people just fine and she hasn't had any complaints from the people she has called.
