It does not fit s well as previous versions of this that I have owned, Sound is crystal clear.

It's not all bad. The sound quality is good, people hear me well, nearly every time, even in moderately windy conditions (I am sure the phone/connection is the issue during the few exceptions). It is comfortable to wear and the battery life is quite good. What is not great about it: To be fair this is not my first one, it is my second one. And I used each of them with different phones (one rooted, one not). While using this device both phones were updated, which made no difference (different updates/different versions of the OS, both Android). The result is I am quite confident that the issues I have experienced are not phone related. The issues which plagued both ear pieces are as follows: Sometimes I switch it on and nothing happens until I press the red button. Sometimes I switch it on and nothing happens. I then have to try multiple times until some combination of switching it on/off and pressing the red button causes it to respond. Sometimes it comes on but out right refuses to connect to the phone. "No phone connected" again and again. Sometimes I will make a call and I hear the ringing but, when the other person answers, it disconnects from the phone. I must dig out the phone, unlock it and switch off/on bluetooth (in the in-call interface) to connect the earpiece back to the phone without loosing the call. If I push the answer/end button on the earpiece while this is happening it will end the call. This tells me it was still connected just not conducting sound. Sometimes when I hold the red button to invoke Google (S-Voice on old phone), I will hear a tone in the earpiece but nothing else happens - the phone does not wake up, Google/S-Voice does not start. Turning off and on the earpiece is the usual fix, messing with the phone is not required. These issues occurred with the first one both before and after the firmware update (which I was REALLY hoping was going to fix the problem(s)) for the earpiece. The second one already had the latest firmware on it when purchased. The Volume buttons have never given me any trouble and red button has never failed to mute/unmute, if that's any consolation.

Love this ear piece. I am a recruiter and I can hear and be heard even with loud music all around me. I am mobile all day instead of being stuck at a desk. Different size ear attachments for different size ears. This is great for someone who makes a living communicating with others.

Very good headset. noise canceling is great. Drive a truck People thinks I'm at home.

So far it is the best working Bluetooth I have used that can handle moisture from Sweating. Sounds clear reduces back ground noise. I read the reviews about the charging issues but thought I would still try it anyway. Charging definitely needs improved. the magnetic clip is very poor, It is hard to tell if charging. It doesn't stay in place very well and if it gets moved at all it doesn't charge. Plus it comes with a 8 to 12" cord which limits you where you can charge it. You can't just plug in the charger and charge, you have to make sure that it is setting just right to charge.

I was looking for something that reduces outside noises when I talk on the phone while walking, especially when there is wind. I was told by people who I called using Voyager 5220 that they hear my voice very clear, sounding very natural and not hearing any wind.

Easy to use. The microphone provides excellent audio quality and background noise reduction. The receive audio is crystal clear. This is the best headset I have ever used.

Easy to use, clear sound, battery could last longer

I haven't been using bluetooth headsets that long, so I'm not sure what my expectations should be regarding static. I'm not completely satisfied with the quality of this one, considering the price. I had purchased a $30 headset before this, and thought I would get much better quality with the Panasonic. I'm going to keep it, as the quality is better than my $30 model, but the static is pretty annoying. Not sure if there's a way to 'reboot' or 'reset' the headset, but I did update the firmware. Perhaps this is as good as a bluetooth headset will get.

Good product, but have the trouble with fit. A thinner ear lobe cut for small ears, I think would be perfect.

Was a little worried when I read some reviews on this headset if you wore glasses. After using this for over 6 months I can say that after a few uses you don't even realize it's in your ear. Love the optional case.

These were easy to connect and are very comfortable. Great battery life.

The sound is great, but what I like best is it connects to two devices without turning bluetooth off on one.

Works well but glasses do prevent it settling perfect on the back of the ear.

The best you can buy. I have had so many others that fail or break so easily. Clear transmitting and receiving and lots of great features.
