It worked about a week, then the sound started crackling & breaking up during meeting, as well as during training session. I went back online and chatted with a representative, I was 1 day past the 15 day warranty and could not return it. Will have to contact company. The one I had previously worked great for about a year, then did the same thing, but much better than just working a week.

Every review of this one said that it was amazing noise cancellation. I have now owned two of them and will be returning two of them because the people I talk to can hear every single thing in the background. Road noise, everything. I've gone through the settings and I don't know if I'm missing something but it is terrible. The fact that they did not make the magnetic charger the same as the previous models also frustrates me. The battery life is absolutely horrible. Sound quality compared to the legend is also poor. The only thing that makes this better is the Alexa integration. I'd love to find out that there was just a setting I had wrong, or something equally easy to fix right now this thing just seems overhyped

Did the packaging present any tear or evident tampering? Please rest assured scenarios like these are very unlikely.
