I have previous version, Voyager Legend UC, which I really like and use on a daily basis for both an iPhone 6 & VoIP. This version is about the same with the original Voyager Legend, except for the following: * Separate volume buttons (+/-) instead of a slider/toggle * Micro USB port as well as Plantronic's proprietary port * NFC * Opaque ear gels instead of clear (don't see any more earwax) The red accents adds to the aesthetics. The swivel action is a bit stiffer than the original Voyager Legend. Everything else seem to be great as the original if not better. I wouldn't get it if you already have the original Voyager Legend. I only got this because it was a bundle deal with a car charger and a free travel case charger for about $100 (plus tax) on Memorial Day weekend. Otherwise, the original version can be had for half the price ($60) online. P.S. This version will not work with the original Voyager Legend's proprietary charging ports, e.g. Charger case or desktop charger etc.

I use this for work, and I've been through many different headsets in the past. This is the best sounding headset I've found. Battery life is good. There is an app for software updates and settings. I've been very happy with it so far.

This is one of the best bluetooth devices I have purchased.Comfortable, durable and fast and long lasting charge due to me working 14hrs daily.

My husband had these for 2 years he loved them he would have kept using them until I bought him his first airpods, he said these where very clear never static and the battery last for along time

To communicate on a phone or a laptop seamlessly. Great sound and microphone clarity. Easy to wear and can make more comfortable with an accessory to extend into the ear canal.

This headset has been great! Cuts out background noise so my clients on the other end of the phone can't always hear my golden retriever!! Sound quality, comfort, ease of use - all 5 stars!

Pretty comfortable, solid BT connection, and the battery was good for a constant 6 hours. It’s a keeper.

It works well in general and has good sound quality. The buttons are useful, though a little awkwardly positioned. Ultimately, my biggest complaint is that having it hooked over your ear with the earpiece inserted begins to get painful after a while, and it's not completely clear how to best situate the device. A perfect device would sit snugly and comfortably on your ear without any real other way to sit, but this one I find myself adjusting constantly, looking for the best combination of sound quality and comfort.

Bought this head set after my earpods died. This unit sits on my head all day long and is comfortable from when I put it on, until the end of the day. Calls are clear, people can hear me fine and it is easy to use.

I have used a few different headsets like this to work from home and this one is by far the best. Doesn't hurt my head after wearing for 7+ hours straight, call quality I don't have to worry about, good range and great battery life.

I bought it a years and couple months ago for 149.99$ and for those kind of money I was expected to used it more then a years.And funny part is that I bought a protetion from best buy for a year and this happen to it a mouth after the warranty expaired.Whatever I was happy with the quality of the product it's comfortable (many times i was forget about it when it still on my ear) which is important if you need it all day long but you have to be ready to buy a new one after a year.I have a frends that have the same situetion. I just bought a blue parrot so I'll see how that work.

I have used various headsets in the market and this line seams to have the best run time, clarity in bad situations for sound and harsh environments. It even holds up to perspiration and rain. The portable case charger is a must.

Very nice new look same great design and performance with great quality. Nothing less then what you expect from a Platronics product. Easy set up, very high volume and great battery life.

The quality is awesome! I have been told by the people that I am speaking with that they can hear and understand me more with this earpiece.

I've had a few other headsets- have lost 2 as they were too small. This one looks small, but is big enough to not lose it. Call quality is great and it holds a charge (over 6 hrs) much better than a Jabra I tried (and returned twice).

Ear piece works great. Sound quality is very good and people have no problems hearing me. Sound quality is very important for me because i do a lot of conference calls in the car. Battery charge last a long time as well.
