This is my 3rd blue tooth and I love it because it is lightweight and doesn't bother my ear, sometimes I forget I have it on, also the reception is very clear which is very important since I drive for a living...

I've had several Plantronics headsets for my mobile phone for years, but after using them for a short amount of time had to stop using them because of the sound quality or interference reported by people on the other end of the call. I really love this model. The sound quality is much better and so far no one has reported any issues with the calls. If anything, it amplifies sounds which are barely noticeable to me. for example I was crumbling receipts one time and my friend reported the sound being amplified. On a positive note, noise cancellation works perfectly. I've been out walking while on a call with cars driving past and no one has reported any loss in audio or the sound of the cars being overpowering.

Love the ear piece. Sound is crisp and clear, comfortable to wear, and people can hear me with no issues. My only issue is not having more options for ear pieces.

My Poly V5200 is great for talking on the phone hands free or listening music, videos, our other audio. Sound quality is good for me and my elderly mother can hear me fine on her phone too!

The directions are written too small. The earpiece is good. It blocks background noise and is comfortable to wear.

This headset has great battery life and sounds great. My only complaint is that it is a little bulky behind the ear and takes a little getting used to.

i upgraded to this headset from a Voyager Legend. The sound quality is excellent and battery lasts a very long time. As is typical you definitely notice this headset on your ear but it is not heavy or uncomfortable.

Strengths: bluetooth connection, sound, easy to use. Weaknesses: bulky, unconfortable ear-in piece and fit around ear. Takes time to get use to wear.

Although the product was bulky the mic was extraordinary but the volume could have been louder.

I didn't like it at first because the one I had before seemed more user friendly. They said this one is one step better than what I had. I think with more practice it will be fine. I am able to vacuum without the other person on the phone hearing it. But I don't feel that the range away from my phone is any better than my last one, which it says it should be. I do like the part that goes in your ear real well. I forget I'm wearing it and it stays in my ear better than my last one.

Great device. Clear sound and long battery life. Met my needs.

was using earbuds but picked up background noise so I could not use for work. bought 5220 and with mike got better phone connections. earbuds moved to music only

The Voyager 5220 is a more comfortable fit than the other ones I have owned by this company. The noise blocking feature is wonderful. Has the same great features as the previous ones.

Just got this for Christmas so I haven't been able to use it a whole lot. But from what I have experienced so far I imagine I will be back to revise my rating to 5 stars. There are two reasons I gave it four stars. I'm not a tech wizard and having COMPLETE instructions would have been nice. Also not positive about the size. It seems a little bulky now but I believe I will get used to it. My old one was simply an earpiece. Loved it but never was happy with the fit. Hence the change to the Voyager.

This Bluetooth is real nice and fits well on your ear . I can hear everything real clear and it will also dial your contacts for you , and I love that it announces who’s calling.

The bluetooth is a life saver as i am a truck driver. It's clear no background noise and easy to connect to my phone, i recommend this Bluetooth to all my co workers.

This headset is the best one I have purchased yet. It fits comfortably, provides great sound quality on both sides of the call, and is easy to use. It last twice as long as my previous headsets on one charge.

I have had numerous Plantronics Bluetooth Headsets, I frequently lose one and have to purchase another. I will not purchase any other headset, it wears great, sound is good and it keeps me safe on the road
