Great bluetooth, good clear sound, low background noise.

Been using it for a long time. Comfortable and sound quality is good

I didn't like it at first because the one I had before seemed more user friendly. They said this one is one step better than what I had. I think with more practice it will be fine. I am able to vacuum without the other person on the phone hearing it. But I don't feel that the range away from my phone is any better than my last one, which it says it should be. I do like the part that goes in your ear real well. I forget I'm wearing it and it stays in my ear better than my last one.

Great device to talk ,play music and battery last 6 hours

The Voyager 5220 is a more comfortable fit than the other ones I have owned by this company. The noise blocking feature is wonderful. Has the same great features as the previous ones.

Just got this for Christmas so I haven't been able to use it a whole lot. But from what I have experienced so far I imagine I will be back to revise my rating to 5 stars. There are two reasons I gave it four stars. I'm not a tech wizard and having COMPLETE instructions would have been nice. Also not positive about the size. It seems a little bulky now but I believe I will get used to it. My old one was simply an earpiece. Loved it but never was happy with the fit. Hence the change to the Voyager.

This Bluetooth is real nice and fits well on your ear . I can hear everything real clear and it will also dial your contacts for you , and I love that it announces who’s calling.

Low price and good quality Beyond my expectation will order again

Plantronics is the best device on the market. Great sound quality. Or n both for listening and speech high quality item

I've tried at least 15 different wireless headsets over 5 or 6 brands, and tried 6 different wireless Bluetooth headphones/ earbuds and this headset is by far the best one for talking. Not only do I hear whoever I'm talking to perfectly in any environment (I work in a lot of industrial environments with a lot of noise). I have to talk to tech support very often in loud environments and these are great with the ambient noise cancelation for both me and the person on the other end. Fantastic product, I recently ran mine through the washer and dryer and after 2 days I turned then back on with no issues.

I work from home and use my phone a LOT. Was running a conference call and had my 2 year old granddaughter being excessively noisy and the listeners heard NOTHING! Easy to wear while cooking and doing the laundry, even heading out to fetch the mail, the person on the other end doesn't get the outside interference. The only thing it doesn't seem to block is the sound of the peacocks in my yard.....then again my clients do get amusement hearing them. Being slightly hard of hearing, I wasn't sure if I would have a difficult time listening to a caller but they are also loud and clear. Microphone quality is amazing!

I have mixed emotions about this product. Audio quality is excellent. Talk time is not as great as advertised - it consistently says it has 7 hours but runs out after 5. I really like the feel of the headset and the ability to pair to both my phone and my laptop. The size is just right though I find it to not be snug to the ear canal. The thing that is driving me nuts and will likely prompt me to return the headset is that it suddenly goes on mute and I CAN NOT get it off mute when on Google Meet calls. I just don't understand why it is doing it. The Meet call is not muted but no audio comes to Google Meet. I'm 80% sure this is user error in some way but there is no manual and the support information is not helpful. Lastly, I would recommend getting the charging case. The flap for the MicroUSB charging port is really hard to open. I have to use a toothpick or some other tool to get it to open.

This headset is the best one I have purchased yet. It fits comfortably, provides great sound quality on both sides of the call, and is easy to use. It last twice as long as my previous headsets on one charge.

I am still getting used to it. I have had a Q2 and Q3 bluetooth ear piece for years. Unfortunately could not find a replacement for it so I went to Best Buy. I spoke with a knowledgeable sales lady. The product is heavier than what I am used to and will take a little time to get used to the behind the ear piece. The sound quality is good, persons I am speaking with tell me my voice is clear and minimal background noise. As a big truck driver finding a quality hands free device can be difficult. So far I am happy with this Plantronics unit.

I have had numerous Plantronics Bluetooth Headsets, I frequently lose one and have to purchase another. I will not purchase any other headset, it wears great, sound is good and it keeps me safe on the road

First time using a Bluetooth. I did read reviews before choosing Plantronics Voyager 5220. Watched a video about it. It is helpful having hands free to walk around (not too far away from where cell phone is) or driving. No one can hear any noise. People can hear me clearly. The devise does hurt my ear a little, and is sore by end of day. Doesn't seem to get use to that. I'm not good at pushing the little button to mute anyone, guess I need to practice more. It is worth having, so I would recommend this brand. Good quality, looks good, does what it says it does.

So much better than a previous model, the voice is very clear and clean. Purchased the accessory charger and hard case to protect it while on the road.

Good quality of headset i recommend anyone trying to get one to get it you will be one happy person with the quality and battery life

I absolutely love this version. It fits comfortably and it actually does reduce the background noises when you are talking with someone. I still don't understand why so many people don't use quality earpieces and remain hand free. Plus if you leave your phone, the earpiece will let you know you are no longer connected.
