I like this ear piece because it has a long battery life. It is clear, but you have to get used to it being around ear with little weight but, not too bad.

I'm a realtor and am constantly in my phone. This headset fits comfortably on my ear and I can hear clearly what the other person is saying. I'm hard of hearing and the sound is clear. I love the flexibility of being hands free also.

The sound and quality are fantastic the button are a bit confusing until you use it for a short time and due to the thickness on top it does seem to slip out on a occassion.

I tried two headsets, this one and the Parret 350. The sound quality is awesome on both, maybe slightly better on the 350. However, the 350 weighs a ton. The 5220 had awesome quality and very light weight. Highly recommend

I have used this for a number of years. the only reason I purchased a second one is because my dog ate my original. Great battery life, great noise cancelling. I like that it can be paired to two phones concurrently.

I have mixed emotions about this product. Audio quality is excellent. Talk time is not as great as advertised - it consistently says it has 7 hours but runs out after 5. I really like the feel of the headset and the ability to pair to both my phone and my laptop. The size is just right though I find it to not be snug to the ear canal. The thing that is driving me nuts and will likely prompt me to return the headset is that it suddenly goes on mute and I CAN NOT get it off mute when on Google Meet calls. I just don't understand why it is doing it. The Meet call is not muted but no audio comes to Google Meet. I'm 80% sure this is user error in some way but there is no manual and the support information is not helpful. Lastly, I would recommend getting the charging case. The flap for the MicroUSB charging port is really hard to open. I have to use a toothpick or some other tool to get it to open.

So far I have no complaints. I can hear everything great and people tell me that there is no interfering noise in the background. It's comfortable on the ear unlike a few others I've tried over the years.

Slightly different design of the Voyager/Legend headset. Looks snazzier, but the biggest change I noticed is the fit. For some reason the fit or form is slightly different, and this one does not stay in my ear as well as my old ones did. There is a minor change in the volume buttons from the last Voyager I had, these are easier to distinguish and adjust. I liked the magnetic charge connector on the last one, but hated having to keep it away from magnetically sensitive things. This one has a USB-B connector which works well and is less worriesome. Overall good functionality, seems solid and well made, and performs very well, just like the last 15 or so of these things that I have had. Won't buy anything other than Plantronics.

Very clear to speak and hear. The battery is ok, but overall a good device.

I could not recommend a Bluetooth device any more than this one. Great sound quality, volume control is exceptional, it fits well and is very comfortable. People I speak to tell me the the microphone quality is exceptional as well.

This ear piece is very high quality. It is perfect for that Driver that has loud noise surrounding them it has clear crisp sound. No problem hearing other person no static or background noise Lightweight, over the ear

Awesome earpiece. This thing lasts six hours straight talking who does that. Crystal clear drove my convertible with the top down and people could still hear me. I would recommend this 100 times over.

So far the headset has been good. It get a bit staticky at times but over all it does a pretty good job with environmental noise cancelling. Battery life is pretty good as well.

It is comfotable,(I practically wear it all day),it charges quickly, and the performance of the noise-cancellation feature is stellar! Great Sound Collies have no problem hearing or understanding me I can hear them great could be a little less bulky that's why I didn't give it 5 stars

I've had several Plantronics headsets for my mobile phone for years, but after using them for a short amount of time had to stop using them because of the sound quality or interference reported by people on the other end of the call. I really love this model. The sound quality is much better and so far no one has reported any issues with the calls. If anything, it amplifies sounds which are barely noticeable to me. for example I was crumbling receipts one time and my friend reported the sound being amplified. On a positive note, noise cancellation works perfectly. I've been out walking while on a call with cars driving past and no one has reported any loss in audio or the sound of the cars being overpowering.

This is my 3rd blue tooth and I love it because it is lightweight and doesn't bother my ear, sometimes I forget I have it on, also the reception is very clear which is very important since I drive for a living...

The directions are written too small. The earpiece is good. It blocks background noise and is comfortable to wear.
