Good quality of headset i recommend anyone trying to get one to get it you will be one happy person with the quality and battery life

i upgraded to this headset from a Voyager Legend. The sound quality is excellent and battery lasts a very long time. As is typical you definitely notice this headset on your ear but it is not heavy or uncomfortable.

I've tried at least 15 different wireless headsets over 5 or 6 brands, and tried 6 different wireless Bluetooth headphones/ earbuds and this headset is by far the best one for talking. Not only do I hear whoever I'm talking to perfectly in any environment (I work in a lot of industrial environments with a lot of noise). I have to talk to tech support very often in loud environments and these are great with the ambient noise cancelation for both me and the person on the other end. Fantastic product, I recently ran mine through the washer and dryer and after 2 days I turned then back on with no issues.

The Voyager 5220 is a more comfortable fit than the other ones I have owned by this company. The noise blocking feature is wonderful. Has the same great features as the previous ones.

This Bluetooth is real nice and fits well on your ear . I can hear everything real clear and it will also dial your contacts for you , and I love that it announces who’s calling.

I work from home and use my phone a LOT. Was running a conference call and had my 2 year old granddaughter being excessively noisy and the listeners heard NOTHING! Easy to wear while cooking and doing the laundry, even heading out to fetch the mail, the person on the other end doesn't get the outside interference. The only thing it doesn't seem to block is the sound of the peacocks in my yard.....then again my clients do get amusement hearing them. Being slightly hard of hearing, I wasn't sure if I would have a difficult time listening to a caller but they are also loud and clear. Microphone quality is amazing!

Although the product was bulky the mic was extraordinary but the volume could have been louder.

This is our 2nd time purchasing this. My wife and I both use it for work. The BEST on the market. Long battery, noise cancelling. Well worth every penny!

I want a headset I can wear all the time comfortably that helps me manage incoming calls. This one does that. All business. No frills. I purchased 5 units over 7 or 8 years.

The only reason i returned it is because it doesn’t stay still while walking( i have califlower ears from wrestling loool ) otherwise, after hours total of search here and there, there is no better product if you are looking for the perfect earpiece to conduct your business

This headset has great battery life and sounds great. My only complaint is that it is a little bulky behind the ear and takes a little getting used to.

Love the ear piece. Sound is crisp and clear, comfortable to wear, and people can hear me with no issues. My only issue is not having more options for ear pieces.

Strengths: bluetooth connection, sound, easy to use. Weaknesses: bulky, unconfortable ear-in piece and fit around ear. Takes time to get use to wear.

This headset really improves speech quality for your callers. Perfect for truck drivers. I have used the plantronics legend for many years and this is worth the extra money. If you use a headset professionally this is the best I have found for comfort, charge time and performance. My negative is that the ild chargers wint fit the newer model. I miss the charging ease with the case or the magnetic charger. Mine didnt come with one and the chargung pirt is difficult to open.

This blue tooth headset works great. Easy to connect and charge lasts long time. Great sounding and has user friendly call answering and mute function. Highly recommend

I have had numerous Plantronics Bluetooth Headsets, I frequently lose one and have to purchase another. I will not purchase any other headset, it wears great, sound is good and it keeps me safe on the road

This headset is the best one I have purchased yet. It fits comfortably, provides great sound quality on both sides of the call, and is easy to use. It last twice as long as my previous headsets on one charge.

Just got this for Christmas so I haven't been able to use it a whole lot. But from what I have experienced so far I imagine I will be back to revise my rating to 5 stars. There are two reasons I gave it four stars. I'm not a tech wizard and having COMPLETE instructions would have been nice. Also not positive about the size. It seems a little bulky now but I believe I will get used to it. My old one was simply an earpiece. Loved it but never was happy with the fit. Hence the change to the Voyager.

I didn't like it at first because the one I had before seemed more user friendly. They said this one is one step better than what I had. I think with more practice it will be fine. I am able to vacuum without the other person on the phone hearing it. But I don't feel that the range away from my phone is any better than my last one, which it says it should be. I do like the part that goes in your ear real well. I forget I'm wearing it and it stays in my ear better than my last one.
