I have had several of these as I am hard on Bluetooth devices. Good battery life and very comfortable

2nd one I have owned, lost the original. Great headset, use for work so I wear it all day. Good range, clear and pairs easily. earpieces are better quality than other brands too. Hold a charge all day

This is an awesome bluetooth headset for phone calls. The ambient noise reduction is truly amazing and the recharging battery case means you can increase your flexibility and talk time. Best I’ve ever had!

Very comfortable, almost forget I have it on! This is my second Plantronics device and I wouldn’t want any other kind. These are very handy, light weight, you can hear the other person ver well.

When you need your two hands on your computer or driving, and taking up to 300 calls a day, this is simply the best headset for it. I've had several other brands and styles, and just had to get back to this one. Sound quality is great for calls, no issues hearing the other person, or them hearing you. Take calls, or rejecting them without the have to use your phone, is just a great feature. This is not for hearing music, but if you are behind a desk and delaing with many clients and vendors, this headset is the one.

1 star deduction for battery life 1 star deducted for earpiece volume when media is broadcasted at a low level… Sound quality, comfort, design quality = 1 star each… looking now for another bluetooth to maintain full day of 8 hr communication in conjunction with listening to music/videos

my favorite over the ear headset. the battery life could be better, about 5 hours of talk time although it claims 6+. Sound quality is good. Noise cancelation on the microphone is the best, it cuts wind, radio, car engines, etc out of the background so i can be heard. If you don't work in noisy environments, you can go cheaper or other brands with little difference.

WOW! I can hear again. Its so nice being able to wear this on heavy phone days. I am always struggling to hear my clients. With this new headset, I am in more control of my conversations.

I am still getting used to it. I have had a Q2 and Q3 bluetooth ear piece for years. Unfortunately could not find a replacement for it so I went to Best Buy. I spoke with a knowledgeable sales lady. The product is heavier than what I am used to and will take a little time to get used to the behind the ear piece. The sound quality is good, persons I am speaking with tell me my voice is clear and minimal background noise. As a big truck driver finding a quality hands free device can be difficult. So far I am happy with this Plantronics unit.

Very light and comfortable on the ear. Sound quality is great. Love the voice announcements that let you know who is calling so you can answer or ignore.

This is the best bluetooth, it is lightweight and the sound is perfect. Excellent to use hands free no matter what you are doing. Cooking, driving, changing the baby...anything. I love it.

First time using a Bluetooth. I did read reviews before choosing Plantronics Voyager 5220. Watched a video about it. It is helpful having hands free to walk around (not too far away from where cell phone is) or driving. No one can hear any noise. People can hear me clearly. The devise does hurt my ear a little, and is sore by end of day. Doesn't seem to get use to that. I'm not good at pushing the little button to mute anyone, guess I need to practice more. It is worth having, so I would recommend this brand. Good quality, looks good, does what it says it does.

This lightweight over the ear Bluetooth headset has been around in various versions for quite awhile, with this latest version offering Alexa. Have found these to be durable. Noise cancelling is decent but not as good as larger headsets with mics having foam around them to cancel wind and other noise. Would recommend getting the Plantronic AB A8 5200 series charging case with it so you keep it charged, and don't lose or damage the headset, given it's small size.

Sound on this product is great. Easy bluetooth pairing. Great reception. Can be a bit spotty in rural areas but that's to be expected. Comfortable on your ear. Definitely recommend!

This works so much better than my EarPods. It cuts out the background noise so I can do dishes and talk on the phone at the same time. The adjustable ear pieces are great. Easy to use and comfortable.

I'm very happy with this product, lightweight (you will not even notice you have it), nice reduction is more than decent, Bluetooth connection is very stable. It's a nice upgrade from my voyager legend!!
