This headset really improves speech quality for your callers. Perfect for truck drivers. I have used the plantronics legend for many years and this is worth the extra money. If you use a headset professionally this is the best I have found for comfort, charge time and performance. My negative is that the ild chargers wint fit the newer model. I miss the charging ease with the case or the magnetic charger. Mine didnt come with one and the chargung pirt is difficult to open.

my favorite over the ear headset. the battery life could be better, about 5 hours of talk time although it claims 6+. Sound quality is good. Noise cancelation on the microphone is the best, it cuts wind, radio, car engines, etc out of the background so i can be heard. If you don't work in noisy environments, you can go cheaper or other brands with little difference.

Very light and comfortable on the ear. Sound quality is great. Love the voice announcements that let you know who is calling so you can answer or ignore.

When you need your two hands on your computer or driving, and taking up to 300 calls a day, this is simply the best headset for it. I've had several other brands and styles, and just had to get back to this one. Sound quality is great for calls, no issues hearing the other person, or them hearing you. Take calls, or rejecting them without the have to use your phone, is just a great feature. This is not for hearing music, but if you are behind a desk and delaing with many clients and vendors, this headset is the one.

1 star deduction for battery life 1 star deducted for earpiece volume when media is broadcasted at a low level… Sound quality, comfort, design quality = 1 star each… looking now for another bluetooth to maintain full day of 8 hr communication in conjunction with listening to music/videos

I had an older version of this headset and this one is the best. Great noise cancelling and large battery life. Not the 6 hours its boasts but it will be at least 4 to 5 hrs. I have tested it on an actual call.

When compared with older models this headset does very good job of noise cancelling. Its longer battery life is a big plus. I do recommend this product.

Great battery life, somewhat large, occasional static in the connection between phone and headset. Works as advertised. A good value for the $$

I like that the Voyager 5220 Can connect to 2 devices at the same time. I have an Gear S2 and a Galaxy S8 and it connect to both so If I am away from my phone and I am receiving call through the gear, It is seamless. I have also connected to my phone and tablet and dictated to the tablet while still connected to the phone. Very comfortable. I do not even realize I am wearing it. It seems to work better with sensors turned off. It does not translate the voice recognition that well to the phone. The phone hears it better when not using the Bluetooth

I use this earpiece for work and overall a good fit. It does have great features announcing calls, and who is calling. comfortable, and noise muffling.

I drive for a living and needed an earpiece that blocked out background noise and provided clear voices for my and the person on the other end of the call. It is comfortable and does what it says.

I actually returned it, sound quality & ease of use r great, just to big I don't like a boom, I had a Bose series 2 broke mine they no longer make them

Comfortable, fits right, audio quality is on point. Blocks surrounding sounds fairly well

I have had several of these as I am hard on Bluetooth devices. Good battery life and very comfortable

Having used previous models of Plantronics headsets? No I'm not actually very impressed with this. It sits on your ear very loosely and the volume is not very good. The old PLT 3200 was actually a better headset than this one is. We're just talking both comfort and sound quality are not nearly as good as older models. I'd like to say that I'm going to buy Plantronics, or Poly as they are known today, in the future. I actually can't say that I will though

Better fit than previous models. Battery life is ok,good noise canceling microphone, easy to pair. One down side is previous models bypassed phone login when paired which was a great feature.

Best thing I have used for talking on the phone. People hear me great on this and haven’t had an issue yet. Had for over 6 months and still the battery works great to keep charge.

The previous one I had was thicker and it kept getting pulled out of my ear on my long hair. This one fits much better and is more comfortable. I hear well through it even though there are some sounds come through and the person I talked with states that they hear me clearly. I haven't figured out how to do a hands-free calling yet hopefully it does have that feature and I'll figure it out soon
