Easy to use. Sound quality is good. Fits well behind that year. The buttons for different functions are easy to find and easy to use. I recommend this to anyone who is considering this type of device.

For years I have been a fan of the Jawbone BT headsets, so when my last one finally died and because Jawbone no longer makes BT headsets, I was forced to find a new brand. After thoroughly researching several brands I decided to give the Plantronics Voyager 5220 a shot. I could not be happier with my decision. The sound quality is equal or better than my Jawbone's and it easily pairs to both my phone and my VoIP desk phone at work at the same time allowing me to always work hands free. I am in outside B2B sales so I am on the phone constantly so that feature has been extremely useful. If, like me you have been a Jawbone fan in the past and are looking for a replacement, look no further, you found it!

This is the very best Bluetooth headset on the market today. As a salesman rep I have tried every on headset on the market including jawbone and none of them compare it to the plantronic. My customers can hear me and I can hear them. I don't sound like I am in a echo chamber. I am not asking them to repeat what they said. It just works like it should. It is so nice to have a product that works like its suppose to. You may think it is a little pricey, but after you buy 3 or 4 cheaper ones that your not happy with. You have now just spent more than if you would have bought this in the first place. If you want the best headset you will buy the plantronics headset. And you will be happy you did.

The last Bluetooth I had was extremely uncomfortable, in less than an hour my ear would hurt. This one has three different ear bud sizes and they are very comfortable. The sound quality is great.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Clarity is good on sound, comfortable but looks a little on the large size like a big hearing aid

I have had Plantronics products for over ten years. They are excellent! I would highly recommended this product! Very reliable, sound quality is excellent and comfortable to wear.

Works well. Connection range is pretty far and does work through typical drywall. Connects to both of my devices perfectly. Noise cancellation is pretty good. I use it a lot. Battery life excellent.

Really pleased with my purchase of Plantronics 5220 Voyager Earpiece. It is comfotable,(I practically wear it all day),it charges quickly, and the performance of the noise-cancellation feature is stellar! I have owned a few of these and this one by far is the best. The sound quality is great. The battery life is better. But the range is what I love. I don't have to have my phone on me st all times.

I have used many headsets over the years and this one beats them all. Very comfortable to wear and the sound and mic quality or really good. Everyone is surprised when i tell them i am wearing a headset.

I've had Plantronics Bluetooth products for years. This earpiece surpassed my expectations on quality and performance not only from my side, but the people I spoke to mentioned how clear I sounded using my cell phone. I explained my Bluetooth purchase and they are amazed. I also enjoy the automatic switching between taking it off and putting it on causing the signal to switch between the handset and headset and handset. It also allows me to access Cortana directly, and allows me to answer or reject calls by responding to it when it asks me to answer or reject the call. I also can hear my text messages the same way or can respond to the text message with no hands! Great for when driving!

Unfortunately with a job like mine this was not the fit for me, item does not sit perfectly in the ear so it tends to have a lot of room to move when you are working. Sound is okay as for the microphone from peoples feedback i sounded great.

Very comfortable for everyday work, noise cancellation works excellent for hands free driving. Great product for rig drivers.

well made , , every body can hear me , I wish I could turn up the volume to my liking not the softwares liking . my main issue is that the ear piece doesn't come down to the center of my ear enough .I f they made it where it clicked and locked as you pulled it down ward where the mic swivels that would be perfect. . and it stopped asking on calls answer or decline after day 2 don't know why .

I bought this for my husband who is on the phone non stop for work. I was tired of seeing him hold the phone with his chin and shoulder while he multi tasked. He loves it and said he should have gotten it earlier. I especially like Plantronics brand. Good quality technology! Others I know have the phone attachments so that’s how I knew to start my ear piece search with that brand. Highly recommend this product.

excellent unit with great noise cancelation and battery life is good too - use it for work in very noise environments

Have owned several of this particular model, I drive a tractor trailer for UPS and and must say I am probably a little tougher on the blue tooth than it was designed for. The replacement works as it should, has great range, can leave the phone in the tractor and walk around a set of double tractor trailers and not loose connectivity. Reception is crisp and clear and who ever I am talking to does not even believe I am on a blue tooth device.
