We have always used Plantronics bluetooths in our personal and business; they have always worked well and had a good range. Recently a new company bought out Plantronics and we noticed that the range is not as good. We are hoping that is the only problem with it because we can live with that. The bluetooth works well with your contact list and lets you know who is calling even if your phone is in your pocket or clip.

I bought this for my husband in Dec. 2017. He is a truck driver and needed to be hands free. This has been the best investment we've made when it comes to bluetooth. Plantronics really stands behind their products. Because of sweat, the earloop broke, Plantronics replaced it. My husband lost the ear cushions and went on their website to order new ones, Plantronics sent him 3 sets for free! The call clarity is outstanding. I enjoy the noise canceling, I don't hear all the traffic going by. The hold/mute option comes in very handy when he's talking to his mom while dealing with mouthy customers.

Really pleased with my purchase of Plantronics 5220 Voyager Earpiece. It is comfotable,(I practically wear it all day),it charges quickly, and the performance of the noise-cancellation feature is stellar! This is probably best BT headset I have ever had. Crystal clear, long battery life, etc. Purchased separate charger station/carry case which fits headset perfect.

Got this for a xmas gift. I work outside, and it's hard at times to answer calls,this makes it so much easier. The sound quality is great and very COMFORTABLE on the ear.

Noise canceling is great. I farm and it's always noisy. My better half can hear me and no wind noise or motors. Battery life is excellent.

This headset is really light weight and blocks out ALL outside noise when I'm speaking on the phone. I would highly recommend this headset to anyone in the market. Best I've had so far.

As I have indicated the sound on both ends mine and the person I am speaking to is great. The ear piece is very comfortable even on long day of wearing.

Plantronics, now called Poly, makes rocksolid products. This is no exception. For me it’s replacement of a similar model from them made six years ago. The other one was doing fine but I wanted just a few more features. If you are using them for zoom calls, definitely experiment with the settings before your first live zoom call. The background noise suppression on this unit is superb, but you will need to cancel the noise suppression feature within the zoom app. Otherwise you’ll get annoying clipping every time you start to speak.

Very sleek, light weight, very comfortable on your ear, the clarity is very clear. Noice reduction, I love the fit on the ear, very comfortable. I highly recommend this product.

I've owned several of these headset models over the years and I have tried similar models from other vendors. However, I keep coming back to this vendor. They last the longest and are good quality. I use mine day in/out for work and personal calls. One strong recommendation I have is to buy the GSP insurance on these type of devices. They do wear out a deal getting a 2yr replacement saved me a few hundred dollars over the life time. Even if the oder does not exist anymore you can trade for a comparable price product form the same vendor or different vendor. You will want to renew the GSP which is typically under $20 and you another 2 years.

Very comfortable. I actually forget that I am wearing it. Noise cancellation is amazing. Calling could not hear a fan blowing on my face :)

I had the other model that was great. This one is good to except for one thing the lower model allowed you to say call back previous call but this does not seem to let you do that. I'm not sure why but I will figure it out. Other than that it works fine and everything sounds clear and on point.

It's the best bluetooth headset for calls i've used. No outside noise when calling so the other side of the call gets crystal clear voice. I use this one for calls long distance at least 5 hours everyday for more than a year already. Its still good. I had to buy the charging case on Amazon for it though. It would be good if Bestbuy offer the headset with the charging case. For music, it's not designed to do that. So get the Airpods or something else if you want to listen to music. This one is only perfect for making calls.

So much better than a previous model, the voice is very clear and clean. Purchased the accessory charger and hard case to protect it while on the road.

An excellent blue tooth, but breaks too easily. Able to connect two cell phone. Easy to recharge. Comfortable outside of ear
