Got this for a xmas gift. I work outside, and it's hard at times to answer calls,this makes it so much easier. The sound quality is great and very COMFORTABLE on the ear.

We have always used Plantronics bluetooths in our personal and business; they have always worked well and had a good range. Recently a new company bought out Plantronics and we noticed that the range is not as good. We are hoping that is the only problem with it because we can live with that. The bluetooth works well with your contact list and lets you know who is calling even if your phone is in your pocket or clip.

This headset is really light weight and blocks out ALL outside noise when I'm speaking on the phone. I would highly recommend this headset to anyone in the market. Best I've had so far.

Very sleek, light weight, very comfortable on your ear, the clarity is very clear. Noice reduction, I love the fit on the ear, very comfortable. I highly recommend this product.

Works with my iPhone, Microsoft Surface and a traditional laptop. Battery charges fast, lasts long and the call quality is clear.

I've owned several of these headset models over the years and I have tried similar models from other vendors. However, I keep coming back to this vendor. They last the longest and are good quality. I use mine day in/out for work and personal calls. One strong recommendation I have is to buy the GSP insurance on these type of devices. They do wear out a deal getting a 2yr replacement saved me a few hundred dollars over the life time. Even if the oder does not exist anymore you can trade for a comparable price product form the same vendor or different vendor. You will want to renew the GSP which is typically under $20 and you another 2 years.

Excellent product, I drive a big rig and when I talk to someone, they can hear me loud and clear. Comfortable and easy to use.

Easy pairing, sounds good, only complaint is the ear nubs are a weird fit

I have purchased many Bluetooths and/or headsets, but the Plantronics Voyager 5220 is the best one yet. I love the features e.g. caller announced so I don’t have to look on my phone, only have volume on about 2 notches & I can hear clearly and caller hear me very well; earbud does not fall out when I jog; reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is earbuds; sometimes my ear becomes tender from the earbud; but that’s because I probably keep them in too long; so I give my ear a rest every 2 hours.

I have had many Bluetooth devices but none like this one. Comfort, easy to use, long battery life, and small are just a few goodies to name.

It's best BT HS from this brand and works awesome most situations and I am heavy user and lasts for my day worth work. Didn't die on me so far. Only problem I felt that it hangs in your ear so it's not as comfy and light and straight sound to ur ear tunnel like BOSE because BOSE used to deliver sounds rite in the ear tunnel without other surrounding noise. Hope to see Plantronic make their BT HS same ear piece style which projects sounds rite in ear tunnel instead other back ground noises when it's not connected to ear and hanging on it.

I drive an 18 wheeler for a living and people say they can hear me loud and clear with no background noise. This is an excellent Bluetooth!

Great noise cancellation battery last about 5hrs of countinous music/talk time.conects to two phones at the same time neat feature.

This was purchased for my husband, as it is difficult for him to hold a phone up to his ear for an extended period of time. He has had several of these over the years and continues to prefer this brand and style. Easy to use, comfortable to wear. Easy to charge!
