Comfortable, easy to use, nice features, and great sound quality. Also folds flat so you can drop it in your pocket; suggest the manufacturer include a pouch to store it in.

The headset does not fit as well as the voyager pro hd. when you try to adjust or push the earpiece back into the ear, you are either covering up the mikes, or pressing the mute button. also having the call disconnect button on the back of the boom instead of the side, is a pain. I wear glasses and plantronics says to put your glasses arm on the outside of the unit, another pain, just doesn't seem that the earpiece sticks out as far as the voyager so it just doesn't go far enough into the ear. People say that my voice goes in and out alot, didn't happen with the voyger, I think that its because the mike boom sits farther away from the face/mouth. it cuts out the extra noise i guess but just does not fit well and does not go into the ear far enough for me. i work in road construction, drive a dump truck and when I'm bouncing around, the unit just feels like it gets loose in the ear, so I have to be constantly adjusting the unit, trying to push the thing back into the ear so I can hear. If you look at the units together, you can see that the voyager pro's earpiece actually sticks out a tad further, probably why it fits into the ear better. if they would have made just the behind the ear piece smaller and kept the ear piece the same, probably would work better. This is strictly what i'm experienceing. Others might have better luck and maybe don't have to constantly adjust the thing as much, as well as non glasses wearers. Should have just bought another voyager pro hd. I do recommend this, its just not working that great for me.

If the headset's design doesn't properly fit your ear and it doesn't feel secure we recommend trying other ear tip sizes.

In case the headset is still uncomfortable we definitely recommend trying a headset with a different wearing style like our Voyager Legend (which is more similar to our older Voyager Pro HD) or our Voyager Edge.

To troubleshoot acoustic issues we do recommend that you try updating your headset's firmware using our Hub app for Android and iOS. You can find this app here: http://www.plantronics.com/us/product/plantronics-hub-mobile

These 5200 headsets are always a solid performer and are the only ones I buy. They have great sound quality and although a bit expensive, are well worth every penny spent. I usually lose them before they wear out but this one has a "find if lost" feature.

This Bluetooth earpiece is very easy to use and sturdier that some some earlier Plantronics models I've used for the last several years. The controls are better and the quality of the sound is improved. Would have given 5 stars, but the battery status indicator rates the battery as "high" or "low" rather than the previous announcement giving the number of hours available. The number of hours is more helpful, making it easier to plan charging intervals.

Love this blue tooth. Works great, battery lasts for about 7 hours, charges very quickly. Announces callers in your phonebook. I have been using the Legend 5200 series for the past 7+ years. Recommended to all my friends and anyone else looking for a good ear piece.

I have had trouble with earpieces and headsets switching between my phone on a computer based calling application like Skype. I needed to have two separate devices to function reliably for business conversations. This model does it effortlessly and doesn't get confused. Range away from the computer is however much less than with the phone. The additional carrying case is fantastic. I wouldn't want to have the earpiece without it. it keeps track of it (I would loose it!) and the option to put it in a quickly accessible cradle on a desk and still have it charging is a convenient feature that assures I always have it charged.

sits well even on my ear and alot of these style headsets tend to hurt my ear after some time but not this one... No rejection is really good, even standing outside in 30 mile an hour wind the people on the other end of the call had no issue hearing and understanding me. I took 1 start away for battery life.. it states 6 hours of talk time and they are not kidding, 6 is all you can get on a single charge if you want a good bluetooth but dont need alot of talk time then its well worth a look

I've been buying the Plantronics Voyager series for years now. I tried to find something better...but kept coming back to this device. Now.."Poly"...but still works as well. I'm on the phone..A LOT! I need something that is clear for my customers to hear and not battle with distortion to stain. This device fits the bill.

My go to headset for the last couple of years, great sound quality and good noise cancellation plus alexa built-in makes this a solid headset. I the battery life varies based on usage, and I use mine a lot, so I got the charger. and if you get the UC version you will get the USB dongle for pc connection and charger. oh yeah, it has tile so you can find it. if you loose it but the sound as you would expect is not very loud. I dare you to find a better Bluetooth headset

The sound quality is better on this version of my Platronics than the cheaper model. It disconnects frequently, which is very frustrating. Not sure if that is my poor quality AT&T receptioni, or the headset. Our cell coverage has dropped since the conversion to 5G and we drop calls frequently and have trouble loading data. So not sure which is the real problem.

The Voyager 5220 is so comfortable to wear, I forget I even have it on. Last Christmas I gave one to both my daughters and they love them too. Clarity is very clear. I wear mine at home and am able to do housework and also talk on phone. My husband lost his and tried to do with out and that lasted only about 3 days. We went and replaced it with the same one. I also had to replace mine once, (I accedently stepped on it when I dropped it, but fortunately I had purchased the replacement plan and was able to get another one with no hassles.
