My go to headset for the last couple of years, great sound quality and good noise cancellation plus alexa built-in makes this a solid headset. I the battery life varies based on usage, and I use mine a lot, so I got the charger. and if you get the UC version you will get the USB dongle for pc connection and charger. oh yeah, it has tile so you can find it. if you loose it but the sound as you would expect is not very loud. I dare you to find a better Bluetooth headset

It is comfortable to wear. It works really well. It has a good battery life. I got it on a recommendation from a coworker.

Super comfortable on ear and good noise canceling. Only bad thing is a little big to carry when is not in use.

This is hands down, the best earpiece that I have ever owned!!! Sound battery charge time everything is good with this earpiece.

This is my 4th unit in 6 years. 3 are still operational. Battery life is excellent and the call quality is phenomenal.

I rate the item for it works fine. My husband loves it but the fact that Best Buy does not sell the charging case that is available for this and looking online for it seems to show conflicting accounts whether or not the 5200 series versus the 5220 series can use the same case or not. It’s been difficult for me to locate a charging case for this particular earpiece and it would’ve been super helpful and I would’ve purchased them at the same time if they were both available at the store or the website so that is the reason it only gets four stars

I've had the past 3 generations of the Plantronics voyagers and they always keep getting better, great battery last all day, HD quality, and the noise canceling is very good for driving

I really enjoy this headset... sound is clear hearing receiving calls and Audio...make note afterwhile that after some time some calls that people complain that I am not coming in so clear....but for now this is one of the better Bluetooths been using this particular unit for about Ten years and haven't found better.

I had the previous version and this one is clearly an improvement. It is comfortable, lightweight and efficiently produced. I Love it.

Outstanding product. Ignore Alexa. Google works too, just like other Bluetooth products. Snort. I have three. I work in the videogame business and talk too much. I think that Logitech's purchase of these guys is an ever-growing bonus. Used at E3, and in loud crowds with music, voice, and various since soon after they launched on June 26, 2013. I have used lots of other flavors for a longer time. 'Nuff said

The Voyager 5220 is so comfortable to wear, I forget I even have it on. Last Christmas I gave one to both my daughters and they love them too. Clarity is very clear. I wear mine at home and am able to do housework and also talk on phone. My husband lost his and tried to do with out and that lasted only about 3 days. We went and replaced it with the same one. I also had to replace mine once, (I accedently stepped on it when I dropped it, but fortunately I had purchased the replacement plan and was able to get another one with no hassles.

Comfortable, easy to use, nice features, and great sound quality. Also folds flat so you can drop it in your pocket; suggest the manufacturer include a pouch to store it in.

The sound quality is better on this version of my Platronics than the cheaper model. It disconnects frequently, which is very frustrating. Not sure if that is my poor quality AT&T receptioni, or the headset. Our cell coverage has dropped since the conversion to 5G and we drop calls frequently and have trouble loading data. So not sure which is the real problem.

Have been a Plantronics Legend user for years because they were in class of their own for build, battery life and call clarity. The new Poly versions fall short on battery life, but call quality and build have still met my needs.

I have had trouble with earpieces and headsets switching between my phone on a computer based calling application like Skype. I needed to have two separate devices to function reliably for business conversations. This model does it effortlessly and doesn't get confused. Range away from the computer is however much less than with the phone. The additional carrying case is fantastic. I wouldn't want to have the earpiece without it. it keeps track of it (I would loose it!) and the option to put it in a quickly accessible cradle on a desk and still have it charging is a convenient feature that assures I always have it charged.

A slightly awkward fit, but the sound is excellent; charges fastl durable.

Great battery life, crystal clear audio and mic help make this Plantronics unit one of the best bluetooth headsets in the market.

This device is a better for phone use when talking and listening then ear bugs.

I love the ear piece. Announces the name of gives the opinion of accepting the call or not . I have brought this for those reasons not offered by any other Bluetooth.
