I'm very happy with this Bluetooth ear piece. It's has great sound quality and is very comfortable. It has good background noise canceling.

Works great and it does not pick up back ground noise has a good sound quality for others to hear you clear when talking on the phone Would recommend this to anyone looking to get a great sound and hands free headset

I've had the ear piece for several months now. I drive around in a noisy service van all day averaging 200 miles or more a day. I have important phone calls to fellow employees and to customers that I need to be able to hear and be heard. I have tried numerous Bluetooth head sets from the high end to the low end. And plantronics has not failed me. From the voyager legend to the edge and now the 5200. All great but the 5200 stands out with great volume, and the people have no idea I'm in a noisy environment. A win win. So if your reading through reviews wandering if this is the one you want. Then get it. You won't be disappointed.

This Bluetooth earpiece is very easy to use and sturdier that some some earlier Plantronics models I've used for the last several years. The controls are better and the quality of the sound is improved. Would have given 5 stars, but the battery status indicator rates the battery as "high" or "low" rather than the previous announcement giving the number of hours available. The number of hours is more helpful, making it easier to plan charging intervals.

I purchased a different brand that was $30 cheaper. Hurt my ear. Got this Plantonics and it is very comfortable and works great. Sound quality is really good too.

I love this headset because it cancels out all the surrounding noise. This is light weight, and has a lot of different features. I will continue to recommend it to everyone

I keep coming back to this product, especially with upgrades. The ease of use, battery life, sync with Siri to identify callers in my IPhone contacts list, and offer me the option of declining the call or answering it are far beyond what other ear buds offer. Very happy with this product!

Used to use Jawbone but bought this after using a similar model at work. Comfortable, light weight and has good sound quality

Excellent sound and convenient controls. I use primarily when driving to catch phone calls hands free. Also great for listening to books and podcasts or music when in a group or on a road trip. Phone calls interrupt streaming and asks "accept or decline". This is my third one. The first one developed frayed wiring after a year (minus one star). I lost the 2nd one and couldn't live without so ... on my third one. Highly recommended.

My fourth Voyager, 1st 5220. Excellent battery. Does seem to lose connection when talk time down to about 2 hr some of the time.. Excellent sound quality and ear comfort.

The headset does not fit as well as the voyager pro hd. when you try to adjust or push the earpiece back into the ear, you are either covering up the mikes, or pressing the mute button. also having the call disconnect button on the back of the boom instead of the side, is a pain. I wear glasses and plantronics says to put your glasses arm on the outside of the unit, another pain, just doesn't seem that the earpiece sticks out as far as the voyager so it just doesn't go far enough into the ear. People say that my voice goes in and out alot, didn't happen with the voyger, I think that its because the mike boom sits farther away from the face/mouth. it cuts out the extra noise i guess but just does not fit well and does not go into the ear far enough for me. i work in road construction, drive a dump truck and when I'm bouncing around, the unit just feels like it gets loose in the ear, so I have to be constantly adjusting the unit, trying to push the thing back into the ear so I can hear. If you look at the units together, you can see that the voyager pro's earpiece actually sticks out a tad further, probably why it fits into the ear better. if they would have made just the behind the ear piece smaller and kept the ear piece the same, probably would work better. This is strictly what i'm experienceing. Others might have better luck and maybe don't have to constantly adjust the thing as much, as well as non glasses wearers. Should have just bought another voyager pro hd. I do recommend this, its just not working that great for me.

Excellent Range, Noise blocking and long lasting battery, have one gave that to my wife and bought this one as the other one worked so well.

sits well even on my ear and alot of these style headsets tend to hurt my ear after some time but not this one... No rejection is really good, even standing outside in 30 mile an hour wind the people on the other end of the call had no issue hearing and understanding me. I took 1 start away for battery life.. it states 6 hours of talk time and they are not kidding, 6 is all you can get on a single charge if you want a good bluetooth but dont need alot of talk time then its well worth a look

After my new puppy enjoyed my "Sennheiser Presence" as a chew toy I was in a spot. Headed down to the local BB with a unit in mind. Not having it in stock I chose this having gotten fairly good performance with the Voyagers" of the past. Pro's: Loud enough in most environments I've experienced. Everyone has heard me loud and clear in the same. Battery life is OK for "old tech" expect to charge a few times a week for moderate use. Very easy to use interface and ready to pair as soon as you turn it on! So for I've gotten about 75' of range with minimal obstacles. Con's: Battery life. Granted I have been spoiled but expect to lose an hour or more of talk time every 8 to 10 hours even when idle. I lose n hour of talk time a day even with the unit powered off. I will use this as a forum to ask BB to consider carrying the Sennheiser Presence as a in store item, for a few dollars more I guarantee for those without puppies a far superior product and experience. If you choose to do so I'll be waiting at the door at opening time!

Good headset! Great noise cancellation. Took off one star as it looks like Plantronics decided to no longer include the little foam cover for the ear bud part. Of course 5 stars for Best Buy. Fast delivery, fair price, and no worries that I might get a restock or copy like A*z* sends out.

I purchased this Plantronics Vogager 5220 as a replacement for my Vogager Legend headset back on June 30, 2018. The transition went smoothly at first until I tried to change the eargels to get a better feeling in my ear the eargels keplt falling out of my ears. I called Plantrontics and they sent me out some medium and small eargels that had the rubber inserts around the sealing that held them in place when you needd to change the eargels for a proper fit. Thanks Plantronics for making my headset sound great. I love the auto answer and ignor feature for the incoming calls.

IVE BEEN USING THIS DEVICE FOR YEARS. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS EAR PIECE IS THAT THE VOLUME IS LOUD (I CAN HEAR THE CALLER CLEARLY. BATTERY LAST THROUGH THE DAY. I CHARGE OVER NIGHT FOR NEXT DAY. I CAN CONNECT 2 PHONES

I'm not a big fan of Bluetooth headsets but with my work and always needing both hands to type or drive this headset is great. The sound quality and comfort are top notch!

A little extra effort putting it on, but once adjusted it feels great. You forget you even have it on. Able to listen to music for hours, holds charge very well.
