This headset by Plantronics is amazingly comfortable with excellent sound quality. Easy setup; easy to use. I am very pleased with this product.

Reduces background noise much better than any other Bluetooth I have owned in the past. The battery lasts an amazing long time.

It is very comfortable, sometimes I forget that I have it in. However, after about a month it would not fully charge and then it stopped working all together. I took it back and got a replacement. After a month that one would not fully charge. I bought the more expensive model, because of the longer range, however I didn't notice a difference.

I've had several of these Plantronics headsets and they are my go to for both softphone use on a PC and cell phone connectivity. It also works well for standard PC audio. I wear it almost all day between cell phone and office calls and it's very comfortable. Range is standard Bluetooth but very stable inside that window.

Been using Plantronics for years this new one hurts my ears, it is not noice cancelation very disappointed. So far i havent had issued getting my calls disconnected. will be changing the ear piece to a smaller one hope that works.

They should have put set up instructions in with it. While the shape was similar it had a different charging cord without a power source. I went back to the store to find out how to charge it. The volume buttons are different. And I can't figure out how to bounce activate an outgoing phonecall. The sound quality is great and the fit over my ear is better. I will have to go online for instructions.

Awesome product. Very Light and sound quality is great. I use this for work when im on the go. Highly recommended to those who need a quality head piece.

I received one of the very early 5220's produced. There were problems with static only on incoming voice. This issue was resolved by the MANUFACTURER, who was wonderful. They replaced it with a 5200, the same unit (the 20 just designates Best Buy as seller). The replacement works well and noise reduction is reported to be outstanding. Great job by Plantronics. Unfortunately, retailer was not so great and refused to transfer the extended warranty that was purchased.

This unit provides good sound and good battery life. It is better than the little pods, but not as good as the headsets (but that is just personal choice).

Love these have the same type for about 4 years . Good battery life. Clear sound and they run 2 phones love them.

High quality: noise cancelation is clear, callers can hear me, and I can hear them. Very comfortable.

This is far the best Bluetooth ever.... I’ve had it for over 2 months and it works fantastic. The sound is excellent and the battery last all day!!!

The battery is good, the quality of sound and vol is good. It would came with case charger with the same price.

At first , I didn’t think I would like it . Put it on and it was so comfortable. I only use plantronics because I need the best driving a commercial vehicle . I need to be able to still hear what’s going on around me plus, be able to hear and understand every word being said to me in my headset without struggling to make out what they said . Excellent products .

I love this headset. I am very petite and all the other Bluetooth designs don't stay in my ear. Especially with glasses on. I prefer a headset that I can wear all day and this fits the comfort bill. Also the sound quality is great, people can hear and understand me without issues. I only wish they had greater longevity. I find I need to replace every 9-12 months, they slowly lose quality of speech. But that is acceptable to me for every other plus it has.

So far, battery life has been very good, the sound quality is very good and easy to charge. Also the comfort of the device was very easy to adjust to.
