The sound quality is great. The headset is comfortable. The battery is a bit smaller than my previous Plantronics, only offering 6 hours of talk time (so the voice tells me).

At first , I didn’t think I would like it . Put it on and it was so comfortable. I only use plantronics because I need the best driving a commercial vehicle . I need to be able to still hear what’s going on around me plus, be able to hear and understand every word being said to me in my headset without struggling to make out what they said . Excellent products .

This headset is good for making phone calls and listening to podcast. I like not having something on your head that feels like it’s squeezing your head. However, it sits on one ear and is heavy at first. It takes some getting use to. It feels like it could fall out at times however it’s never fallen off. It clips around your ear and sits on the outside of your ear. I would prefer a design that sits into your ear a little bit more. Overall, it’s an excellent hands free choice.

As advertised, this is a great product. The clarity of sound is good and the noise cancellation feature helps. Excellent battery life as well. I would recommend this.

Been using Plantronics for years this new one hurts my ears, it is not noice cancelation very disappointed. So far i havent had issued getting my calls disconnected. will be changing the ear piece to a smaller one hope that works.

This item has improved since first being put out. I have brought Plantronics for years, and I always looked forward to an upgraded Bluetooth, from them. But, I had to return this item twice due to the other party not being able to hear me. I went with something else for awhile, but... then I decided to retry it & had hopped that with a little time, they may have fixed some issues with it. I can finally say.... Finally!!! lol It's the Bluetooth its supposed to be!

I no longer receive complaints of background noise from the person l'm talking to. Excellent battery time also.

Clear easy to use blocks out other sounds, both my wife and I use them for years after trying many others this is the best and most comfortable.

I'm a truck driver and hands free cell phone is required as I feel it should be for all drivers. This is a comfortable Bluetooth for all day everyday wear. Sound is clear.

Oh while I looked at purchase date and can't believe that I'm still wearing it.My friend tried purchasing one but he looked at Best Buy and other places and they said it was discontinued. It seems like the best items get discontinued the only other ear piece was a Motorola that was great before I bought this one.I am always looking for a great ear piece that the person that on the other side does not hear any noise.If any one knows of any great ear pieces please let me know.It is a little pricey but you pay for what you get.

Perfect for what I needed it for sound is very satisfying

When my other bluetooth headset failed, I desperately needed one. I almost bought the Plantronics voyager legend due to the great reviews. Then I saw this on sale at BestBuy. This model is BT4 and is newer technology. It easily connected to both my phones. I love it that it announces the name from my phone directory when I get a call and I get prompted to answer or ignore. It is crystal clear audio and I have walked in wind and talked with no complaints from the listeners. I am glad I got this model. Highly recommended.

Love this product. Great Bluetooth and simple to use. Great quality maybe a little pricey for some but well worth the price you pay for it!!!
