I have owed three of these. I can hear my callers with ease, and my voice comes in loud and clear to my callers. Battery lasts all day on a single charge.

I just purchased this recently and it has done wonders for me. Better sound quality than my last Bluetooth! Also fits better and lasts longer with the battery life!

Operating my own business requires my hands are free to answer and talk on the phone. The voice activation is great- sound quality is awesome and it's comfortable.

I have been using this or like type units for numerous year from Plantronics. It is so comfortable I forget I have it on at times. Never had a sore ear with these units.

Give this headset a good ear bud or ear tip and it's a 10/10. The ear tip doesn't fit into my ear canal and it just flops around outside. If you look at the shallow ear bud that comes with it you can see what the issue is. Talk time, battery life, ease of pairing and ease of use are all great. I've ordered an aftermarket tip that sits deeper into the ear. Should have come with that for the price I paid.

Simple to use, comfortable, clarity is good and the overall setup with the key functions are easily accessible.

Sounds good, very good noise cancellation, people on the other end can hear me good. Only complaint is a little bulky.

I've used Bluetooth Headsets for decades. This particular one, the Voyager 5200, is without a doubt, the best unit I've ever used. I always buy the insurance and have replaced them for I don't know how long. I heard they may discontinue this one---I hope not. Please keep improving it and keep it in production! Favorite part is over the ear giving it unequaled comfort and great battery life. I will not use one that exclusively sticks in the ear canal.

Fits great, has long charge and very easy to use and doesn't disturb sound around you. Voice and sound work great

I love my new bluetooth! Being able to talk hands free is so freeing. From safe driving to being able to carry on with household tasks or whatever you might be doing without the neckache of the face-to-shoulder hold is so satisfying and painfree. It makez multi-tasking so much easier. Easy to use and easy to charge, but most importantly easy to carry on with your daily life at the same time. I highly recommend!

This unit provides good sound and good battery life. It is better than the little pods, but not as good as the headsets (but that is just personal choice).

This is far the best Bluetooth ever.... I’ve had it for over 2 months and it works fantastic. The sound is excellent and the battery last all day!!!

They should have put set up instructions in with it. While the shape was similar it had a different charging cord without a power source. I went back to the store to find out how to charge it. The volume buttons are different. And I can't figure out how to bounce activate an outgoing phonecall. The sound quality is great and the fit over my ear is better. I will have to go online for instructions.

It is very comfortable, sometimes I forget that I have it in. However, after about a month it would not fully charge and then it stopped working all together. I took it back and got a replacement. After a month that one would not fully charge. I bought the more expensive model, because of the longer range, however I didn't notice a difference.

Good quality earbuds. Sound is nice. Charge length is good.

Clear. Comfortable. Great purchase. My husband has never used a bluetooth but found this one to be quite comfortable and the clarity is fantastic.

So far, battery life has been very good, the sound quality is very good and easy to charge. Also the comfort of the device was very easy to adjust to.
