I love this headset. I am very petite and all the other Bluetooth designs don't stay in my ear. Especially with glasses on. I prefer a headset that I can wear all day and this fits the comfort bill. Also the sound quality is great, people can hear and understand me without issues. I only wish they had greater longevity. I find I need to replace every 9-12 months, they slowly lose quality of speech. But that is acceptable to me for every other plus it has.

I will never own any other Bluetooth but this one!!! What I love? It only uses one ear, so the other is available for traffic sounds; you can click a button & ask that your most recent text or email be read to you; it cancels out extraneous noise for whomever you are talking to; it comes with three different size ear pieces … great for those of us with small ear openings, and it’s very, very reliable as well as having crystal clear sound.

I keep forgetting I have it on my ear, it's so comfortable. The sound is great. I can talk and then type on my computer with both hands very easily.

I have tried many Bluetooth headsets, but this is the best one. Long battery - 6 hours of talk. Very comfortable.

Second one purchased. Excellent sound quality and clarity. Like the micro-USB port and has good battery life.

I've had 2, in the 12 years, I've driven tractor/trailer, for a living. Super clear, long battery life. What MORE, does a person NEED ?

Very lightweight and has clear sound. I like how I can alternate ears, easily mute/unmute, and use Siri/Alexa with it.

While not quite what I was expecting, it has turned out to be what I needed. Great distance from the paired laptop/phone (about 20 ft) before disconnecting. Call quality is good with only issues being multiple (4) paired bluetooth devices it gets a bit unreliable, but that is a 1st world problem. Would purchase again.

Product was a good buy and also was easy to set up. Has been working really well since day one. I would recommend this to others looking for a lightweight, flexible, Earbud and microphone.

This item is an updated version of previous models, and does not disappoint. Sound is very good, the connection works well and the fit is very comfortable.

Bluetooth works perfect, I use 5 days a week for work and also off work. Like the sleek look of it comfortable to wear. Easy to charge micro usb.

I received one of the very early 5220's produced. There were problems with static only on incoming voice. This issue was resolved by the MANUFACTURER, who was wonderful. They replaced it with a 5200, the same unit (the 20 just designates Best Buy as seller). The replacement works well and noise reduction is reported to be outstanding. Great job by Plantronics. Unfortunately, retailer was not so great and refused to transfer the extended warranty that was purchased.

You would expect to be heavy on the ears due to the size but it’s very light in weight and comfortable on the ear.
