It is very nice that it can be placed in either ear. Voices sound clear and crisp. I was told that when I am talking on the phone with it it does not sound as crisp. I also wish that it had better battery life. I have had earpieces that are better in these areas but it is good product overall.

I bought this for my husband who's a truck driver. He says it's comfortable to wear and the sound is nice and clear. Now he wears it all the time.

My old Voyage 5200 just wouldn't hold a charge longer than an hour or two, so after 3 years, I replaced it with this and am very happy about that move.

I have owned so many Bluetooth headset over the years from companies like Jabra, Plantronics and blue ant, and the company that claimed it would block out the sound of a helicopter and was army tested they have come and gone.. But the quality of Plantronics and their customer support is great This 5220 is by far the best headset ever... Best buy had great customer service and price match and I had a 25 off coupon I did not even know I had... I washed my 3 Plantronics voyager legends that I had for a few years but again this model is a nice step up.....

I use the headset for work. I used to drive, so it was great for driving. Now, I work in an office which tends to be noisy. I've never had anyone say that they can't hear me due to background noise. I gave it four stars because occasionally it has issues connecting a call. Otherwise, I haven't found another headset that does as well as this one, this is my second headset.

The battery is good, the quality of sound and vol is good. It would came with case charger with the same price.

this has worked beautifully for my husband. It's very comfortable and reliable. My husband has tried others but this one is superior by far.

The ear bud fits well, is comfortable and the piece over the ear all work to keep the Bluetooth attached during work, sudden movement, and outside conditions. The receiver is clear and loud enough for receiving and sending calls; the receiver (after pressing the button) connects with contacts in the iPhone to call contacts by name. There are clear connections and ease of use. Will purchase this, again!

A really clear hearing earpiece. Light on the ear, and lasts a long time. Easily connects via Bluetooth. I love it.

Holding a phone to my head literally hurts my neck. This headset is always reliable and has good sound quality. No complaints.

I work in towing so my headset has been put to many tests. It survived rain, sleet, snow and wind. It stays put when I constantly transition between laying on the ground, standing up, walking and climbing then jumping down. I use it while traffic passes me on the highway and next to Diesel engines. It has performed well overall in all these situations One drawback I have found is that it's range is sometimes a little less than I would like. That said, most people aren't walking more than 30 feet from the connected phone so it probably isn't usually an issue.

This product was purchased out of a need for Skype for business. I quickly realized that it was much more useful when I realized it could be paired to two devices simultaneously. It works great for business calls through Skype and the phone. I did run into an issue where it experienced interference with a Bluetooth mouse. I am able to look past the loss of audio fidelity as everything else about this product is great

this is the perfect blue tooth for me personally, i travel a ton and it blocks out alot of the back ground noise and has a long charge

This is an amazing Bluetooth, works great with my iPhone 7Plus. The Plantronics gives you loads of time on one charge. It is also really clear.

After losing my previous Plantronics Voyager, my son talked me into trying a different one - epic fail - and then yet another one - good, but not as good. With those experiences, I quickly decided to reorder a Plantronics Voyager, and the quality of sound, both hearing and being heard, and the ease of use have convinced me never to choose another type of bluetooth headset again. I would highly recommend the Plantronics Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset!!
