Needed a wireless headphone to replace the one that after a short 6 months no longer works as good. One that was hands free because I’m driving the majority of my day and with it being a peak season for delivering I really needed a good wireless to stay in contact with employees and customers. The sound quality is really good on both ends of a call and even when I’m driving one of my big noisy box trucks.

This plantronic Bluetooth replaced an older model I had and I must say the clarity is still great & I love when it gives me the option of answering or ignoring and identifying the caller. At times some of my clients will say they can not understand or hear when I turn my head left. The battery always says 6 hrs after charging. Go figure.

Works well, clear and quality sound. Light weight and easy to use.

This is one of the most comfortable Bluetooth earpieces on the planet. Its loud enough for a truck driver to wear and keeps life simple.

If you are looking for a heavy duty headset, this is the one for you. I manage to lose, step on, break, you name it and I've done it to every other headset I've ever had. The Voyager 5220 fits the bill when it comes to being well made and strong. It is also waterproof, which helps if you wear it to exercise! The people with whom I talk on the phone say it's the clearest headset I've ever had. This one may be a bit more than you usually spend on a headset, but it will be worth it!

Background noise is so quiet I sometimes wonder if my contact is still there. I appreciate the option of using voice to accept the announced name of my incoming calls. Ridiculously fast recharging time. The free app that when downloaded allows you to locate headset if lost and monitor recharging progress and much more. Not the cheapest of headsets but if it ends up lasting for years to come will be darn well worth it. You pay to play.

I bought this item based on store clerk's advice and what I read on line. They were both spot on. This blue tooth device has been paired with my iphone 7. Voices come in clear and are not tinny. People on the other end who I am talking to say they can hear me just fine. I love not holding up my cell phone to my ear. My face gets hot and the phone gets sweaty. The range to use this phone is a good one. I can walk around my house and answer calls with this head set and not have to have my phone that close. A must buy. Well worth the money.

Fits well, has a great sound, food noise canceling feature and the battery will last me about 8 hours of straight talk time

Sound quality is great with Iphone 6, comfortable fit, wear it a couple hours a day without any problems. Tunes out background noise well in airports.

This is my third Bluetooth. Each previous was a different brand. Works as expected. A little bit cumbersome on the ear but with that I don't have to worry about it coming off. Has always answered calls, had trouble losing music & Google maps, the media portion would unistall. I believe that problem may be from the magnet on the end of my flash light coming into contact with the unit. no further problem with the unit doing that. It's a solid and dependable unit I like it. would purchase another. Their tech support was very friendly and helpful

This is a very good device. I purchased for talking well in the car and it does a great job. Keeping noise down

This is my first Bluetooth but it seems to work great and easy to use. The battery life seems to hold up and it is comfortable to wear.

I've used headsets for years and I'm extreamly pleased this pictular one. It is very comfortable with neat features. Excellent sound quality.

Fairly comfortable, but I have to switch between ears during the day. Easy hookup via bluetooth to computer and cell phone. Has nice features for answering or rejecting calls hands free. Have had some complaints when connecting to on-line meetings (Skype) that I am "cutting in and out". Don't have that problem if I switch to computer mic instead of headset.

This is a nice Bluetooth I'm not fond of the over the ear Bluetooths but after Bose stopped making the best BT ever IMO. I started my search for a new one. It has great battery life, charges quickly, can be paired to two devices, but no matter what earpiece I use it slips out of my ear, and is nowhere near the comfort of the bose. Due to price & comfort I wouldn't recommend it. I kept it as a back up to my current favorite the Jabra stealth.

A bit firmer and not not fold the top of the ear. Otherwise a great purchase.
