Works great lots of talk time works very well load and clear comfortable to use also

The headset is ready to go right out of the box. It’s easy and comfortable to wear and has great sound. No complaints.

This bluetooth is great does what its supposed to do and the battery lasts a long time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the charger connection is not like the previous model where you can just magnetically connect it. This model you have to pry open a plastic cover and manually connect the cable. In addition to this, only two ear buds were provided and no foam covers.

Although the overall sound quality is very good, the "7 hr" talk time, dropped to a "6 hr" talk time, after the 1st or 2nd charge (please note, I let it run all the way down and charged it all the way up every time). The ear piece it not quite as comfortable as the Plantronics Voyager Legend I had previously (it's a little stiffer, and puts a little more pressure on my ear). Overall, it is still very good.

The noise cancelation really does work very well, battery life is about 5-6hrs and it recharges quickly. Highly recommend this headset.

This blue tooth ear piece is great. it has 6 hours of use when fully charged. It is also very comfortable to use when on long calls.

The Plantronics bluetooth is and probably will be my go to for bluetooth. Have tried several others and others tell me that it sounded like I was in a tunnel or something. My callers tell me now that my voice is clear and easily understood with the Plantronics bluetooth. Have had a couple before this one and will always purchase another as needed. Voyagers are the best I have ever purchased.

I recommend plantronics 5220, it is comfortable to make calls, it doesn't have any statics or unwanted noise.

One of the best on the market. Only downside is wearing it while using sunglasses. It cannot fit properly. Otherwise crystal clear.

Very easy to pair. What I like the most is that I can still wear glasses without any problems. The sound and charged time are excellent!!!

This was the acclaimed Bluetooth most popular for company homeworkers who needed background noise eliminated from client calls. I had to try it out and am very pleased with the quality of voice, volume control, ease of use. The only thing I wish is that it came with a small case. I am the person with a wall of headsets and a disk-shaped Emeet, the latter having such great sound it magnified the barks of my Great Pyrenees dog, This one cuts out the barks!

Sound quality is a little better compared to older Voyager. I like the size and weight. The mute reminder when you start speaking is a handy feature. One problem is that the HD Voice feature, when enabled, causes clipping in the audio on non-HD Voice calls. Plantronics tech support confirmed this with me. Their solution is to disable HD Voice. However, doing so requires changing the setting in the Plantronics app then turning the headset off for at least 5 seconds. Since you usually don't know if a particular call is going to be an HD Voice compatible call, this seems like a somewhat serious inconvenience, especially for a premium Bluetooth headset at this price point. And of course, when it's off, you miss out on the significantly improve call quality on calls that ARE HD Voice capable. They need to fix this. For your comparison, I am using it with an iPhone 7 on AT&T in the Washington DC metro area.

The headset works great! People said they can hear me clearly and I can hear them clearly for the most parts. My only complaint is that the earpiece is hard to switch out and doesn’t sit comfortably. One of the spare earpiece was torn as well when I got it but didn’t bother to care at the time. Lastly, I think there should be a battery indication rather than turning it on.
