Looks take a back seat to functionality. It has decent noise cancelling and battery life.

This device is simple to use and provides great clarity in both the speaker and microphone. The only drawbacks for me are that the earpiece does not fit inside my ear and the charging port requires insertion of a micro-usb plug. The device has contact charging capabilities (so you don’t have to plug something into it), but that requires purchase of a separate charging unit.

For sound quality and ergonomics, the 5220 has fulfilled my needs for a bluetooth headset. It connects easily to both my notebook and phone (at the same time) and can tell me how much battery life is left. The app is somewhat useful (I use it to remind myself what the buttons do). The only downside is that the headset didn't come with a carrying case or pouch. I'll be buying the combo case/charger so that I can protect it when not in use.

This is the greatest blutooth product that I've ever had! I have 3 (so I always have a backup that is charged! LOL!) that I use while doing work, taking walks, and driving. It's great to listen to my audiobooks on my apps and also making and taking phone calls! I bought this one for my wife, and she loves it also! I highly recommend this for anyone!

One of the better headsets I’ve had. While it is bulky to carry when you are not using it. Once you put it on, it’s much lighter than you would think and it’s overall clarity is better than most and does a much better job of blocking out ambient noise, certainly better than all of the other headsets I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot of headsets) so you won’t go wrong with this one.

It works really well; clear sound on both ends of the phone call, great battery life, etc

This is my second one. Best One Ever. Works Great whether you are at the office, home or in the car. Stays charged all day and very comfortable.

I will never buy another brand for a Bluetooth! Quality is excellent, comfort is excelkent, able to function I'd so easy. Love it!

We bought a few others but none seemed to cut the mustard. This one was it! It holds a charge, has great sound, does not cut out and works perfect!

Use this all day everyday! Takes a little getting used to, but once you do it is very comfortable. Sound canceling features are awesome.

The Plantronics bluetooth is and probably will be my go to for bluetooth. Have tried several others and others tell me that it sounded like I was in a tunnel or something. My callers tell me now that my voice is clear and easily understood with the Plantronics bluetooth. Have had a couple before this one and will always purchase another as needed. Voyagers are the best I have ever purchased.

Despite how large this is, it is very comfortable. The sound is clear and the noise cancellation works well even in the wind.

I a little spendy but good quality and have had no issues so far. Easy and comfortable to wear.

keeping the earpiece intact is a big deal and big design flaw in most of these mid-priced headsets. This one is working fine and doesn't interfere with glasses, either. have only had for a month, so time will tell on how it holds up relative to other brands. Went ahead and purchased the case that allows extra charging, so this is now becoming a major purchase that hopefully lasts several years.

The 5220 is an improvement over the original in battery life and sound quality. It’s a must if you talk on the phone while driving.

This is used for WFH, it works great. I wish it came with a charging case, had to purchase elsewhere.

I am a truck driver and depend on my Bluetooth daily, this product has good battery life and excellent noise cancellation.

Great for conversations. I had been talking on this ear piece in the wind by the freeway and the person on the other line heard me perfectly. It’s worth the money.

As I was walking thru the store, I noticed that the Plantronics Bluetooth Voyager 5220 box looked different. I asked an associate the difference between the older one and this one, he said, it was an updated version. I decided to buy it and Boy I'm glad I did. For me, it sounds much clearer, sharper and very crisp. It's like I'm talking to the person on the other end face to face, that's how sharp it sounds. End Result, Very Happy with This Voyager 5220 :-] !!!
