By far the best headset I’ve had. Great volume range. Can be loud if you need it to be, I work In construction, running equipment and semi trucks and I’ve never had a problem hearing phone calls. Which was an issue with previous headsets. Very comfortable, doesn’t hurt your ear if wearing it all day. The only issue I notice, is when the volume is too loud and background noise is quiet, I’ve had people complain about an echo when I talk. But if I turn the volume down, it goes away.

This has a great sound and great battery life. My husband uses it for his entire work day plus most of the evening and only charges it overnight.

I like the quality of the sound and the reception i get but it doesn't last more than a couple of months. The quality of product isn't as good as the quality of how well it works.

Fits well, good sound quality, knock is +/-30ish feet of distance.

I never leave the house without it. The sound quality and battery life is excellent. I like that I can pair more than one phone at the same time.

2nd one owned. Comfortable. Can hear well and other person has no problem hearing me, even in wind. Hopefully, I don’t lose this one.

This headset has awesome bluetooth range and awesome sound quality & control. However, I could not get past the ear pain, so I had to return it. I had high hopes because so many reviewers said it was the most comfortable earpiece they ever owned. However, it didn't work for me. I am going back to my older Plantronics E50.

This was a great buy. It connects 2 phones at one time. It doesn't fit in my eardrum which I like allot, but sits right there at it. The ear piece is comfortable where others I tried hurt my ear. People don't hear all my background noise such as movement, dishes ect. The talk time is not very long to why I only gave it 4 stars, but does charge up pretty quickly. I would deffanyly recomend this to a friend.

Had this before. This newer version fits a bit looser that the older one. My work involves a lot of movement, so i like a tighter fit

I have used the other Plantronics versions of headsets and I think this one is the best one yet. Longer battery life, better range and clearer.

Works great. Have been using this series for a long time now. The only problem I have found is the gasket wears out and then you have to order new ear pieces. But that takes a long time to wear out plus you get other ear pieces with it. So if nothing else take the gasket off one of the other sizes you dont use that works. Other then that works great a very comfortable some times forget I have it on.

Works well for me, use it everyday, i drive 12 hours a day and its easy-to-use. Would like a better battery life out of it but for the weight and how comfortable it is, i cant complain

The headset is ready to go right out of the box. It’s easy and comfortable to wear and has great sound. No complaints.

This is my second in this series; I had the 5200 before. Apparently the 5220 is a "special one" for Best Buy. The 5200 was an outstanding device. This one likewise has excellent call quality, however the battery life is shockingly short compared to the 5200. I use this for conference calls and listening to podcasts when I'm driving, so it gets a steady amount of use. All in all though, a really sturdy gadget.

I recommend plantronics 5220, it is comfortable to make calls, it doesn't have any statics or unwanted noise.
