The only problem I have found is the gasket wears out and then you have to order new ear pieces. But that takes a long time to wear out plus you get other ear pieces with it. So if nothing else take the gasket off one of the other sizes you dont use that works. Other then that works great a very comfortable some times forget I have it on.

I have 3 (so I always have a backup that is charged! LOL!) that I use while doing work, taking walks, and driving. It's great to listen to my audiobooks on my apps and also making and taking phone calls! I bought this one for my wife, and she loves it also! I highly recommend this for anyone!

The down side is the ear piece speaker sucks! If you turn up the volume so you can hear the speaker is distorted and crackly. Also the fit over the ear is clumsy. Works ok but I don't know that I would buy another.

This is second of this headset I have owned. The last one lasted 8 years. Talk time could be better than 7 hours. I commute too work once every 30 11 hours one way. Sometimes I have too recharge along the way. Other than that it’s great

It more than accomplishes what I want. Clear sound from the audiobooks on my phone. It is the only one I have ever had, so I cannot compare it with others. It could be five stars. I am more than satisfied with my purchase. Easy to use and sound is clear. This is said by someone who is very unsophisticated in this area.

If their was a step up same product for office use daily I would buy it for sure this does the job however
