excellet, great product and the sound is super awsome. i can but 2 lines at the same time and the battery is fast to charge

I love this headset, it's comfortable and it has very clear sound and noise cancellation... I love it....

Sound quality is a little better compared to older Voyager. I like the size and weight. The mute reminder when you start speaking is a handy feature. One problem is that the HD Voice feature, when enabled, causes clipping in the audio on non-HD Voice calls. Plantronics tech support confirmed this with me. Their solution is to disable HD Voice. However, doing so requires changing the setting in the Plantronics app then turning the headset off for at least 5 seconds. Since you usually don't know if a particular call is going to be an HD Voice compatible call, this seems like a somewhat serious inconvenience, especially for a premium Bluetooth headset at this price point. And of course, when it's off, you miss out on the significantly improve call quality on calls that ARE HD Voice capable. They need to fix this. For your comparison, I am using it with an iPhone 7 on AT&T in the Washington DC metro area.

Great wireless headset. Comfortable to wear and easy to set up.

Works great the only thing is it has low volume. Sounds pretty good.

On the plus side most of the back ground noise is muted out when talking, people can hear you. The down side is the ear piece speaker sucks! If you turn up the volume so you can hear the speaker is distorted and crackly. Also the fit over the ear is clumsy. Works ok but I don't know that I would buy another.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. He had this headset and lost it. He wanted to replace it with the exact item because he liked the clarity of his calls and liked all of the many features this headset has. For example incoming calls are announced, you can verbally respond to answer the call or ignore the call. My son drives 2 hours each way to his place of employment and this Plantronics Bluetooth Headset allows him to safely use his phone hands free when driving in his vehicle.

I got this one as a replacement for the Jabra 45 that I lost. I was using it while a new Jabra was being shipped to me. But fell in love with it along the was and decided to eat the expense of this one over the Jabra. Large enough I won't lose it but not too bulky and the sound has been amazing!! My folks on the other end hear no background noise. Definitely consider this one. Music sounds great also!

Great quality with superior sound and noise cancelling features. I like that it works Google Assistant as well as the voice prompts. Best fitting headset that stays in place even while being active. I also love the charging case that I already had purchased separately from a previous headset my dog had eaten.

I have been using this earpiece for about a month. The sound quality is really good and the battery life is great.

This is my 2nd Plantronics Voyager bluetooth headset. I purchased my first Voyager 18 months ago and it was great. Unfortunately, I left it in my pants pocket and it was ruined in the washing machine (my fault...I wouldn't expect anything electronic to survive that experience). I couldn't function for a week without my Voyager so I purchased a new one. Same great quality. Always connects to my iPhone automatically and the sound quality & other features are top notch.

What I most like about the Plantronics-Voyager 5220 is that it stays in place when I am walking and otherwise working. Have tried many different bluetooth devices and this has been best thus far. In particular is the over the ear design and ability to switch from one ear to other. Sound quality is excellent compared to many I have used, and people on other end repeatedly comment on clear sound coming to them. Recommend highly based upon using multiple bluetooth devices over the years. Yes, I talk a lot!!!

I know little about this device. I got advice from Best Buy personnel. It more than accomplishes what I want. Clear sound from the audiobooks on my phone. It is the only one I have ever had, so I cannot compare it with others. It could be five stars. I am more than satisfied with my purchase. Easy to use and sound is clear. This is said by someone who is very unsophisticated in this area.

I have punchesd many of the original voyager legend headsets over the years and it has always been the best as far as call quality on both ends. This is my 2nd purchase of the voyager legend 5200, this one being purchased as a gift. Really like that this one has a micro USB charging port instead of the proprietary magnetic charger from the original voyager legend. These are really great headsets and I will probably buy more in the future.

Bought this for my dad and he loves it. Says it's comfortable and the sound quality is perfect. Recommend it. Makes a great gift.

Poly has only improved with time. The connectivity is instant and the options given with voice assistance and settings are optimal. The only improvement I would suggest is to slant the ear attachment for a more superior fit.

This is one of the best Bluetooth headsets I have owned. It's very comfortable to wear and the sound quality is excellent!
