By far the best I've used yet! fits in my ear well........easy to handle......holds a charge for many hours.........

This is the best Bluetooth earpiece I've ever owned! My 1st one lasted 2 years until I lost it so I bought it again. I've had my 2nd one a year now and I'm still in love. Thinking of buying one for backup in case they stop making over the ear Bluetooth devices. I hate the little ones you stick in your ear because you can't hear what's going on around you. Don't ever stop carrying this device please!

Great headset especially for pairing to 2 phones, and the noise cancellation works great

My hearing is poor, especially in the convertible car I drive going down the freeway. But this Bluetooth is loud enough so that I can carry on a conversation without trouble and the other person hears me just fine. I just miss that I can’t push the button and bring up Siri. But I set the voice recognition up so I can just say “Hey Siri”. The earpiece hangs lightly over the ear so not uncomfortable and doesn’t go inside the ear canal.

Earpiece is very good and battery life for talk time is 6hours. I can walk up to 100ft away from my cellphone and still talk. My personal issue is I'm not a fan of anything in my ears.

I had an older version but lost it. I bought this one to replace it and I love it! It fits easily over the ear and I wear glasses also so I was concerned about the fit. But just like my older one it fit perfect. I comes with different size ear gels. Clarity is excellent and can be used in noisy environments like windy days or going down the road in your vehicle with the windows down. Has some great features. you won't be disappointed.

Good sound along with Amazon Alexa integration. Talk time between charges is acceptable.

I was very familiar with Plantronics products. I had previously purchased a similar product so I did not hesitate to purchase again. I believe this is a very well made product. Solid Design and works great day in and day out. Clear voice, and comfortable. The auto answer feature is great for true hands free operation. Controls ae well placed and I really enjoy the mute function on the device. Great product for the price. I paired this purchase with the charging case as well and love both together.

I've got two of these single ear headsets. I used the smaller Plantronics 3200 series for years and was very happy, but the battery life of the 5200 series is better and the connectivity seems to be more reliable. Recommend you give them a try if possible; some are bothered by the over ear form factor vs. smaller in ear design. I got used to it quickly and the adjustable swivel allows for use in either ear. Overall, an excellent product.

This unit is very comfortable to wear. The sound is clearer than others that I owned. The voice controls are very useful.

Can hear phone conversation without a lot of background noice. Fits comfortable inside your ear without falling out.

I purchased this for my father-in-law, and he really enjoys this headset. He is a rural mail carrier and also farms so he is constantly using his headset and putting in wear and tear. This headset holds up well, has good sound, and the mic is decent too. Even in the wind, my father-in-law can use this to talk. Highly recommended.

Thought I was going to look and feel like the biggest nerd on the planet with this but I have recently taken on a huge project that requires meetings online several times a week. In my office I have VERY FREQUENT interruptions and with this I can mute outside noise and still clearly hear the meeting going on which is extremely important because these are one shot meetings.

Really good headset. I like the noise-canceling feature on it. In the beginning, I was wondering how to charge the device. On the bottom of the earpiece, there is a USB connection that you can use to charge the batteries. I don't have any Alexa devices, so really I can't review that portion.
