It’s good quality and comfy over the ear and a good reception

The Poly Voyager 5220 headset is a decent option for those looking for a wireless headset with good sound quality and noise cancellation. However, it's not without its flaws. The headset is a bit bulky and can be uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Additionally, the battery life is not great, and you'll need to recharge it frequently. Overall, the Poly Voyager 5220 is a mediocre headset that's not worth the high price tag.

The earnest works very well at cancelling out the background noise, It was pretty easy to set up. It took a couple of times for me to get use to wearing it. The disadvantage is that the battery only lasts about 6 hours and then you need to recharge it. I wish it could last an entire workday and commute (about 10 hours). Overall it works better well.

so far so good! noise cancelling mic works exceptionally well,i work where background noise is loud and people have no problem hearing me nice and clear,i don't have to yell.even though i'm standing next to loud machinery.voice activation though is sensitive to background influence,sometimes i do have to yell a couple times for it to answer incoming calls.

I can't stand in ear headsets, so this one fits my needs perfectly. it's light enough I don't notice when I'm wearing it most times, and when I'm not it easily fits over my shirt pocket making it easy to keep with me at all times. Coupled with PLT hub it has also helped me find it multiple times when I thought I had lost it. I've had 4 versions of this so far and loved every one.

Great quality with superior sound and noise cancelling features. I like that it works Google Assistant as well as the voice prompts. Best fitting headset that stays in place even while being active. I also love the charging case that I already had purchased separately from a previous headset my dog had eaten.

I enjoy this product very much. I use it mostly when I am driving and the sound quality is crystal clear and very high. It is very durable. I like the fact that it has 4 microphones for noise canceling. Anytime I drive with my window rolled down my contacts can never tell that I am driving. It's a very high quality product. I have owned it for about 6 months. I have purchased 3 of these.

I have been using this or like type units for numerous year from Plantronics. It is so comfortable I forget I have it on at times. Never had a sore ear with these units.
