This unit had to be returned due to shutting down multiple times per day. Received a replacement a few days ago and all seems well, so far. Have used this same device in the past with great results. Comfortable to wear for long periods. I would definitely recommend.

I have previously owned Bluetooth products in the past but the technology of the Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset surpasses all that I have experienced. I have a habit of going out the door and forgetting my phone but with the Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset it reminds and saves me much consternation, I also like its extended reach away from the phone.

The earnest works very well at cancelling out the background noise, It was pretty easy to set up. It took a couple of times for me to get use to wearing it. The disadvantage is that the battery only lasts about 6 hours and then you need to recharge it. I wish it could last an entire workday and commute (about 10 hours). Overall it works better well.

Works and sound good. Only issue is that it still comes out of my ear...

I love finally having a Bluetooth headset that I can not only hear others clearly, but others can also hear me as clear as if I were speaking right into my phone. If I walk out of the room into the next room I don't have to take my phone with me. Great to have in my car while driving. I haven't tried using Siri, Google now, or Cortana yet, but this headset understands my call commands better than others that I've had. Yes, I would absolutely recommend This headset to anyone!

This headset is both comfortable and functional. It has very clear sound.

so far so good! noise cancelling mic works exceptionally well,i work where background noise is loud and people have no problem hearing me nice and clear,i don't have to yell.even though i'm standing next to loud machinery.voice activation though is sensitive to background influence,sometimes i do have to yell a couple times for it to answer incoming calls.

I have tried a variety of bluetooth headsets over the years and this is by far my favorite. The sound is crisp and clean, it works on either ear, and the controls are simple and intuitive.

This has a long battery life. Talk time will last my phone. Standby is almost a week. The sound is great.

This had been the best headset I've found. Talk time keeps me going all day without searching for a charger. It has enough volume to allow me to hear the other person. They all say it sounds like I'm on a regular phone. The only issue I've had is noise cancellation in the wind. It doesn't seem to work very well in moderate wind. This is the 4th one I've purchased. Each model has gotten a little better.
