I have used the Plantronics Bluetooth for several years, always buying less expensive models. This time I spent more and got the 5020. I've always felt that I have had a good product. Now I have an exceptional product. It is comfortable to wear. The noise blocking is particularly impressive. I can have a phone conversation with the radio on and the other person isn't even aware of it. I highly recommend this model!

Replaced my 2 year old one with this based on internet reviews. Really liking the excess noise and wind cancelling technology. I put it to the test as I leaned my head out the window on my way home. Wife said she barely hear the wind noise as I was driving and was able to clearly hear every thing I was saying, unlike the old one which picked up every little bit of background noise. One suggestion, don't try the window test until summer!!!

This is my 4th one of these. They last about a year and a half. I am hard on these and I use it all day every day. Will keep buying. Nothing works as well.

Excellent call clarity, noise reduction, and battery life. Still one of the best Bluetooth headsets on the market today.

I have never had a bluetooth headset before, but this one is perfect! Easy to use, comfortable, and long battery!

I have been using this product for 2 years now and Just bought a new one for my wife. The sound quality is amazing both ways, I am taking calls while in my car or in airports and have asked repeatedly if the ambient noise could be heard by the person I was talking to, they can't. A must have for anyone spending time on the phone while doing other things. Also goes with an optional charging case which is really worth it.

So far so good! Had trouble with some Plantronics before but this one seems to be working good. Husband is a truck driver so there is always lots of noise around him. He can hear very we'll with this one. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I am talking to him I get a lot of his background noise. But all in all a good product.

I had a plantronics voyager edge it was nothing but trouble. Would'nt pair consiently always had to touch my phone to answer calls. It drove me nuts I almost gave up on bluetooth. Then I went into Bestbuy to claim another defective piece of hardware, oh mind you this was my second edge. Then salesman told me about the 5220 so i tryed omg what amazing device, I have no complaints. You won't either, get this model its alsom in all functions, I'm so happy.

I’m my opinion this is the best bluetooth headset made. Unfortunately I switched after using this style for 5 years because of the protruding microphone that I cannot use in my workplace. If having the slender mic is not an issue for you then buy this one. The level is always loud, callers never complain about clarity and you can use it on two devices at the same time (ie: second phone, computer).

This is, by far, the best Bluetooth headset on the market, of its size. The 4 mics on this thing give it superb noise cancellation. I can hear and be heard by the person on the other end with no problem, even when driving on the highway with all the windows down. The only drawback, for me, is the over the ear design. And that’s only because I wear glasses when driving at night or in the rain. Besides that this thing is phenomenal.

i haven't used it much yet. no one has called while I am driving. :) i bought this one because my brother has it and HIGHLY recommended it. He uses it in the car and at home for business calls. When I talk to him on the phone, I can't even tell he is on Bluetooth. I like the fact there were smaller attachments for the ear insert. Most ear pieces are too large to stay in my ears...i have purchased and returned three prior to buying this one. So far so good.

Great earpiece feels comfortable and calls can be heard clear.

Sounds good, has great rage and for me, it's comfortable.
