I love this headset! Range is good and the headset holds its charge

My boyfriend works at a construction; when we are on the phone; I can’t heard any hard noise that are around him, or that he is doing at work. The noise cancellation it is great. Love this product

My dad usually goes through these biweekly but this one hasn’t given any trouble. It filters out background noises so well it sounds like your in a studio. Plus the case and design is super sleek and pretty.

Poly has only improved with time. The connectivity is instant and the options given with voice assistance and settings are optimal. The only improvement I would suggest is to slant the ear attachment for a more superior fit.

The sound quality is excellent, although none of the ear buds fit my ear perfectly they do a great job. The sound quality of the microphone ,and I use this constantly for work, is excellent, with no background noise being heard from those I talk to. Plantronics have always met or exceeded my expectations, and I have owned any of thier products

Works well. For the price I expected better volume as I have to hold my hand over my ear to hear sometimes. Would have been 5 stars if it was priced at $50 less as I expected more for the high cost. It’s definitely a good product other than value for the money.

Purchased based on store employee recommendation and he was right! Drive a Jeep with lots of wind noise making it hard for people to hear me when driving and using hands free device. This device resolved that completely to the point people don't even know I'm in my Jeep! Love it! Also love it announces call and you can verbally accept or decline call as well as make calls with the push of a button on mic. Could not be happier with my purchase!

This is one of the best headsets I own. It is small but I never get complaints about the clarity when on calls.

Easy pairing, sounds good, only complaint is the ear nubs are a weird fit

I had purchased this headset to replace an Insignia headset that I had for years that finally quit working. I had, at the time, paid less than forty dollars for that device, so I was hoping for a lot more perks with this device being almost four times more expensive. Upon receiving the item, I was disappointed to find out that the charging dock that is shown in the pictures online is NOT included with your purchase. Best Buy should remove this image. I powered on the device and it appeared to be approx. 50% charged upon delivery (no issues there). I tested the call quality by calling myself from a different phone and was immediately disappointed. It sounded as though I was talking through an AM radio that wasn't quite tuned. The audio output from the earpiece also sounded just as poor. I wanted to see if this would improve throughout the day. There was no improvement. In fact, during a call, the individual on the other line stated that I was beginning to sound distorted and high pitched. I stopped using the device for the rest of the day. Once I got home, I downloaded the Plantronics app to make sure all of the firmware was up to date and it was. There were no other settings that seemed to be turned off or causing these issues. Some positives - Though my wear time was less than eight hours, the device was very comfortable to wear and did not dig into the ear or surrounding area. It was also quick to pair to my device and the Plantronics app is very user friendly. For the price that I paid, I was expecting a high quality piece that would work as described, however, I got the opposite of that. I will be returning this device.

Great for conversations. I had been talking on this ear piece in the wind by the freeway and the person on the other line heard me perfectly. It’s worth the money.

Sounds good, has great rage and for me, it's comfortable.
