Best Bluetooth ever i buy its have high quality sound quality

I have owned several of these Plantronics headsets over the last 15 years. Each one better than the last with improved features and comfort. This one is excellent with three microphones fir noise cancelling and call clarity. All Day wearability and 6hfs of talk time. Most of the Plantronics products I have owned have lasted 2 or more years with daily heavy use and recharging.

Best Bluetooth. Noise canceling is superior. Extremely efficient.

This headset is great. Very clear for the person on the other end. However, many times I hear a good amount of static for no reason at all. The application they offer to support the headset is a very large added plus. My technology illiterate father got this for a birthday present and he was able to figure everything out on his own through the plantronics application!

This is a great bluetooth headset. I won't talk on my phone if I don't have it. My callers seem to hear me fine without hearing all my background noise. I have even used it while it was raining without any issues. I highly recommend this if you need a durable headset.

This is my 3rd one. The first one lasted a year plus before I damaged the soft ear piece and couldn't find the replacement parts. The second one lasted a year plus and then it started having weird issues. It is possible it was exposed to moisture that caused this. Still love it though so ordered another one.

I had purchased this headset to replace an Insignia headset that I had for years that finally quit working. I had, at the time, paid less than forty dollars for that device, so I was hoping for a lot more perks with this device being almost four times more expensive. Upon receiving the item, I was disappointed to find out that the charging dock that is shown in the pictures online is NOT included with your purchase. Best Buy should remove this image. I powered on the device and it appeared to be approx. 50% charged upon delivery (no issues there). I tested the call quality by calling myself from a different phone and was immediately disappointed. It sounded as though I was talking through an AM radio that wasn't quite tuned. The audio output from the earpiece also sounded just as poor. I wanted to see if this would improve throughout the day. There was no improvement. In fact, during a call, the individual on the other line stated that I was beginning to sound distorted and high pitched. I stopped using the device for the rest of the day. Once I got home, I downloaded the Plantronics app to make sure all of the firmware was up to date and it was. There were no other settings that seemed to be turned off or causing these issues. Some positives - Though my wear time was less than eight hours, the device was very comfortable to wear and did not dig into the ear or surrounding area. It was also quick to pair to my device and the Plantronics app is very user friendly. For the price that I paid, I was expecting a high quality piece that would work as described, however, I got the opposite of that. I will be returning this device.

I have found the Polly headset to be very accompable. Have great microphone reception and also noise-canceling. So people can hear you clearly on the other end

I am very happy with this device - my last Bluetooth headset was the model below this and never impressed me with its static. The 5220 seems to have nipped that issue in the bud, has good range, and a more solid “feel” to it. I am rarely without my headset in the car or at work and I usually forget that I am even wearing it. The PLT Hub app has better functionality than with the Legend model, too - all in all, a solid unit.

The law is the law. Everyone needs something if they want to be in contact while driving. The only reason I did not give it a 5 was because in dash would be the best choice. But if could have an older car like me and not a lot of money, this device will do. I t has different sized earpieces for the ear, the volume is easily adjustable the sound is clear. It does the job.

Quality of calls is good. No problems hearing other party, and other party says quality is clear on their end. My problem is that the unit is too big for my ears. It's too loose, so I have to constantly adjust it so it doesn't fall off. If your ears are small, I don't recommend.

I'm a truck driver, I had a problem with people talking to me and I can't hear them with my ears, but now plantronic has helped me. I like it guys keep going
