I thought it was just OK. I didn’t like the fit of the over ear hook. With glasses I kept trying to keep the ear piece in. The sound was ok but not the best. I bought it because I wanted something sleek but ended up returning it because it was too uncomfortable for me. I guess if over the ear hook is your thing then this may be for you.

This Bluetooth sounds great the clarity is one of the best I've had. The fit however is a bit awkward. Doesn't feel very secure on the ear it has fallen off my ear several times so I'm very careful when I use it. I've used several of the ear gels to see if that helps and it hasn't.

Works well. For the price I expected better volume as I have to hold my hand over my ear to hear sometimes. Would have been 5 stars if it was priced at $50 less as I expected more for the high cost. It’s definitely a good product other than value for the money.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday and she loves it. She says the call quality is clear, and people tell her they don’t hear any background noise, the noise cancelling feature is excellent, I also bought her a charging case for it.

If you are a fan of the previous model (5200) this is the one you need. Sound is clear and good battery life.

this is the best of the best bluetooth Ive ever own both of these! I hate my apple bluetooth and went back to my plantronics- Ive been using these bluetooths devices for about 20+ years and Love Love LOVE them!

I really like this earpiece, it's very comfortable and good sound

Volume and sound on this headset is great. I use this in tractor trailer and straight trucks even with window down callers hear no background noise. Volume is loud enough to be heard over the noise from truck which has always been a problem. Battery life is 7hrs.

Great earpiece for talking a lot on a phone and also recognizes caller and/or ringtones so I don't always have to look to see who is calling. Can answer or decline call just by saying "answer or ignore". Wind and noise cancellation works really well. I use my every day for business and won't buy another brand. Very happy with this one.

I have been using the Plantronics - Voyager for 8 years due to the excellent sound quality. I have tried all of the other brands Motorola, Jabra, Tao etc... and none sound as clear. The recievers stated that the voice sound that they heard ;sounds the like voice is going throw a tin can. But with the Plantronics - Voyager the sound is natual as reported by the receiver.

Thought this was a great headset. It was very comfortable but just was not what I was looking for. It cancelled out background noise amazingly. I was not happy with how loud I was or how others sounded. Overall it was a great product, again just not what I needed.

Purchased based on store employee recommendation and he was right! Drive a Jeep with lots of wind noise making it hard for people to hear me when driving and using hands free device. This device resolved that completely to the point people don't even know I'm in my Jeep! Love it! Also love it announces call and you can verbally accept or decline call as well as make calls with the push of a button on mic. Could not be happier with my purchase!
