Works very well. Signal Is generally strong and sound is clear.

This is by far my favorite Headset. I have had a few over the years and I keep buying them. I did run one over with my car and leave one out in the sun on a 100-degree day and this is not good for them. But the sound quality is awesome. Good range and works with Alexa on your phone. My whole office uses these now as well.

I couldn't be more pleased with the performance of the head headpiece or earpiece particularly because you can be all the way across the room or even on another floor as long as you're no further than 33 to 33 ft away from it it works perfectly and it somewhat mutes all the other sounds around you so that you don't get feedback so it's it's really a joy to use thank you.

Best sound quality there is! The connection you get on thus device is better than some phones!

This is a great bluetooth headset. I won't talk on my phone if I don't have it. My callers seem to hear me fine without hearing all my background noise. I have even used it while it was raining without any issues. I highly recommend this if you need a durable headset.

I have had many useless headsets,this is the 1st one in many years that I will give a (A) I only wanted a headset for when someone calls me on the road or at the store or etc.. When you talk everything get blocked out I have had the windows down music high and the other person ONLY heard ME talking WOW.. It's a must I checked it out on YOU TUBE 1st.. it cost a little more but you will not be unhappy..

I love the way this feels in your ear. Oh, wait, you really can't feel after you've worn it for a short time. The audio clarity is amazing and you never have to worry about anyone saying, 'huh' because they couldn't hear you. Use it in all environments also. Not just quiet, but also construction sites and driving in my wind noisy old truck also.

Great range. I can walk around my home without my phone. Sound quality is good and noise cancelling is very good, except 1 or 2 times where it didn't really work. Good buy but a bit pricey. A few negatives: Voice of caller can sound robotic. It has sporadic signal issues which leave a bit to be desired.

I purchased this headset to replace an earlier Plantronics Headset which gave me long life. I travel a lot and my bluetooth headsets take a lot of abuse. The sound quality both for me and for others on calls is very good. This includes even very noisy environments such as airports. I highly recommend this headset for frequent travelers.

This is the third I've owned. The first two were impeccable but this one has been very glitchy. Sound quality and volume is still exceptional in both directions, even at highway speeds with windows down. Would be five stars across the board if not for a recurring lack of response once Bluetooth connection is established. My last one was retired after nearly three bulletproof years due to battery failure, and it worked perfectly with the current phone. Perhaps this particular one has a defect but I'm afraid the quality has lessened overall in later production due to the look of its molding and silkscreening.

I use this for my work and the sound quality, and noise cancellation, are amazing. Truly second to none of the many others I have tried! Now for the fun part...BUY THE WARRANTY!!! This is my second unit in 18 months. No matter how much I spend on these headsets it seems like eventually the mics, speaker or battery fail.
