Works great very good sound quality. Easy to pair to phone .long battery life

I don't talk on the phone without a headset; so from constant use I go though one a year. Tried a variety of different brands, but this one is the favorite! Packed with features, call quality is great on both ends, and connects to multiple devices. I use it on my phone and P.C.. I'd recommend.

This is by far my favorite Headset. I have had a few over the years and I keep buying them. I did run one over with my car and leave one out in the sun on a 100-degree day and this is not good for them. But the sound quality is awesome. Good range and works with Alexa on your phone. My whole office uses these now as well.

This is the third I've owned. The first two were impeccable but this one has been very glitchy. Sound quality and volume is still exceptional in both directions, even at highway speeds with windows down. Would be five stars across the board if not for a recurring lack of response once Bluetooth connection is established. My last one was retired after nearly three bulletproof years due to battery failure, and it worked perfectly with the current phone. Perhaps this particular one has a defect but I'm afraid the quality has lessened overall in later production due to the look of its molding and silkscreening.

This has great sound and battery life. The volume goes up higher than many others I’ve had.

It’s good product, however it’s not worth of 120+tax on it. It’s better to buy Legends which is $50 to $70 cheaper. Keep in mind that you should also buy changer box for convenient charge. The USB Port is not smooth to plugin and plug out. So additional $40+tax is right there. Sound quality: I never ask ppl how clear they hear me but I hear them clearly. There are some static noise but it may be network connectivity problem. But obviously don’t expect like it would be clear as BOSE Or Beat. Although cost is relatively higher than similar product. Physical: I thought the battery (also ear holder) part would be slightly bigger as I have plantronics desk phone Bluetooth. So it would fit much smoother. But it is smaller. I am conservative when spending money. Therefore I feel slightly down on what I spend and what I got. It may not be the same others. But hey, I could returned the product, which I did not. So guess I somewhere I felt it’s good and overall I am happy.

I like it. Besides for minor design changes, it looks very similar to Legend. It has VERY Good noise cancelling microphone (works great in a truck), pretty loud earpiece. Battery is holding slightly worse than Legend, but I still get around 5 hours a day of talk time, so, for headset of that size, still pretty awesome.... (ok, it's pretty good...)

Would of been a five star if this would of been louder. Good overall product but when running equipment it lacks a little on the volume side of things. We have bought these for our drivers and manager for our trucking company and they are very happy with the product.

I have owned a few headsets over the years. My last one was a Bose until it would no longer hold a charge and was obsolete and unrepairable. I thought it was the best until i purchased and started using this one from Plantronics. It has the best clarity reception of any I had to date. People on the other end have no trouble hearing me and don't even realize that I am using a bluetooth headset. I would recommend this one to anybody.

After reviewing a number of options I selected the Plantronics Voyager 5220 based on the positive feedback. Great choice. The additional Hub app that Plantronics provides is handy. A number of reviewers mentioned that they weren't getting the full 7 hour of talk time charge. This one did after the second charge cycle. A very good feature is the voice that tells you how much talk time is left when you turn the earpiece on.

Easy to charge, last longer than any I have had before. Sound is amazing clear.

The sound quality is excellent, although none of the ear buds fit my ear perfectly they do a great job. The sound quality of the microphone ,and I use this constantly for work, is excellent, with no background noise being heard from those I talk to. Plantronics have always met or exceeded my expectations, and I have owned any of thier products
