This headset is awesome i love this, because my customers can hear me on the other end as well as i can hear them. The only downfall with this! is that it is kind of uncomfortable on the ear after use my ears hurts. If they will make better in the ear fit this will be an awesome headset.

I have had the older model for about 5 years already, this Bluetooth is by far the best quality, noise cancellation, clear voice and more durable in the market. This new style is definitely a step up great quality materials and very elegant and a big plus is that you chrage this with a regular android charger unlike the old one which it had its own proprietary charging cable. Not too sure if it is worth thev$129 though

I couldn't be more pleased with the performance of the head headpiece or earpiece particularly because you can be all the way across the room or even on another floor as long as you're no further than 33 to 33 ft away from it it works perfectly and it somewhat mutes all the other sounds around you so that you don't get feedback so it's it's really a joy to use thank you.

Good product. Comfortable to use, with clear audio.

I had to replace this same unit twice, but it’s worth it. I just wish that Plantronics would provide more of the little rubber rings that go between the ear piece and the actual loop. They tend to break easily, causing you to run the risk of the unit falling out your ear. Overall, and aside from this downside, it’s a great device.

I like plantronics and this headphone doesn't disappoint. Great battery life and noise cancellation.

Best headpiece i ever bought. Very clear. Stays charged for a long time

For anyone using a Bluetooth headset to work handsfree, this one is the best replacement for my Highly Missed LG! The LG just simply wore out, and I am thinking I will enjoy this much more. I don't care for the look, but the audio is worth the cost of "the look" Time will tell how it will hold up to me... but I think its going quite well so far. Battery good talk time and it has good notifications.
