This is supposed to have better sound deadening and wind noise reduction than most, and it seems to live up to the promise. A little cumbersome to fit in my pocket when not using, but so far I am pleased with the sound clarity and ease of use, even when making and receiving calls while bike riding.

Its very comfortable. I hear clearly. Sometimes I forget i am wearing it.

Husband needed a new bluetooth because the old one was starting to do weird things. Bought the new Plantatics 5220 thinking that it would be an improvement on the Voyager Legend. Same functionality and he says that then new one is okay, but that the new one doesn't fit as nice around his ear.

It is excellent Bluetooth headset. It's really smooth and the volume output is perfect.

This is a GREAT headset! Very clear and blocks out other noise, no one has ever asked if I was on a headset ir that they couldn’t hear me due to background or wind noise.

Plantronics for the win as usual! Been a PT user for several years...decided to try a Jabra based on a BB person recommendation...took it back in 2 days and came back to this style! I have used the over ear style for awhile because it wears better with my bigger ears lol but it sounds great, has some more features that my older one doesn't and fits great! Love it!!!

I'm having trouble finding an earpiece that does not hurt my ear after having it in for even 15-20 minutes. And it is difficult for me to change the earpiece without destroying it. I would recommend this to friend only because the little I have used it, it is very clear and no noise. Maybe my ear is abnormal. :-)

Plantronics is my husband's go to bluetooth headset. He is a long distance truck driver and uses his headset every day for several hours each day. His last plantronics lasted 4+ years... until he washed it in the laundry. I'm sure it would have continued to work great if the circumstances were different. Plantronics is a brand you can trust!
