i like the comfort, voice clarity and quality ....

Love that battery last for ever, most comfortable than the older version.

I had a 5 yr old Plantronics headset, and even tho I no longer have ear pieces for it, it still works. So I decided to get the 2019 model and I love it. The buttons are easier to use , no lost calls, its easy to put on and take off, it stays on your ear even if you are running around, calls are clear and no one hears any wind or noise in the background.

this is the best of the best bluetooth Ive ever own both of these! I hate my apple bluetooth and went back to my plantronics- Ive been using these bluetooths devices for about 20+ years and Love Love LOVE them!

As a long time user of various Bluetooth Headsets from multiple manufacturers I have started doing a lot of traditional bicycling this summer and had an extremely hard time making or primarily taking calls while out on my bike due to the wind interference noise. I believe this is the most I have ever paid for a Bluetooth Headset but trust me when I say it was worth every penny!

My husband loves this earpiece and will only buy this particular type. The downfall is it doesn't last for very long, will break in less than a year. However, the excellent quality that he gets before it breaks is great enough for him to buy it over and over.

much better connection and sound that my previous experience with bluetooh. still have a little difficulty ending calls without using the phone, but maybe its user error. otherwise seems to work fine. volume controls a little ackward but i dont imagine theres much else they can do with so little area to work with.

I've tried a few different headsets and this is by far the best. This is the first over the ear for me and the fit is good, it's comfortable and has decent range when I don't have my phone in my pocket. One thing I did buy as an accessory is the battery case which protects the headset when it's not in use and keeps it charged. I'm surprised BestBuy does not offer it on their site.

This is the second such wireless Bluetooth headset. The previous one had been lost. We instantly purchased a new one without considering other choices. We have owned several such devices through the years from all major manufacturers. We love most the sound deadening of background noise when people listen to my voice through this device. I highly recommend it.

This is my second Plantronics-Voyager 5220 and I like this one twice as much because of the addition of the Amazon Alexa voice. It fits so comfortably on my ear, I at times forget that I'm wearing it! When this one wears out I will purchase another one.
