So I decided to get the 2019 model and I love it. The buttons are easier to use , no lost calls, its easy to put on and take off, it stays on your ear even if you are running around, calls are clear and no one hears any wind or noise in the background.

It could be better

Unfortunately, the battery does not last long. After maybe an hour of talk it needs to be recharged. There's no way you can talk for 6 hours on a single charge.

Great Performance Average Fit

Love the voice command features and the ability manage two phones. It is bulky in size and does not fit perfect for my ear shape. I also bought the storage charging case which is great for traveling. We will see if I get comfortable with the way it fits my ear.

Been a PT user for several years...decided to try a Jabra based on a BB person recommendation...took it back in 2 days and came back to this style! I have used the over ear style for awhile because it wears better with my bigger ears lol but it sounds great, has some more features that my older one doesn't and fits great! Love it!!!

Great Bluetooth head seat

With conf calls going for hours 2 are a requirement. This is paired with my Laptop for V over IP- the pairing process was easy (as any well created device should be). The sound is great, other have noted I sound better than before. They are solid devices, they work and take a beating.
