As a long time user of various Bluetooth Headsets from multiple manufacturers I have started doing a lot of traditional bicycling this summer and had an extremely hard time making or primarily taking calls while out on my bike due to the wind interference noise. I believe this is the most I have ever paid for a Bluetooth Headset but trust me when I say it was worth every penny!

This is the second such wireless Bluetooth headset. The previous one had been lost. We instantly purchased a new one without considering other choices. We have owned several such devices through the years from all major manufacturers. We love most the sound deadening of background noise when people listen to my voice through this device. I highly recommend it.

This product is very comfortable. The sound is very clear. Very well designed.

My husband drives trucks for a living and has tried several different headsets. He really likes this one. The only bad part is if you leave it in all day, the earpiece can become a little uncomfortable. Other than that the sound quality is good. You can answer a call without touching your phone or headset.

I bought this for my wife that does Shipt. She said that works great and no issues with it! Very convenient and isn't annoying to wear.

This is the Bluetooth headset to buy!!! Once linked to your phone, it's always linked. Without looking at your phone, you'll always know who's calling. The headset voices the option to talk or ignore the incoming caller. You can kiss wind and traffic noise goodbye. The 5220 takes clarity to a whole new level.

It's easy on my ears and the sound is perfect. It's light and reasonably priced.

Husband needed a new bluetooth because the old one was starting to do weird things. Bought the new Plantatics 5220 thinking that it would be an improvement on the Voyager Legend. Same functionality and he says that then new one is okay, but that the new one doesn't fit as nice around his ear.

My husband loves this earpiece and will only buy this particular type. The downfall is it doesn't last for very long, will break in less than a year. However, the excellent quality that he gets before it breaks is great enough for him to buy it over and over.

I've tried a few different headsets and this is by far the best. This is the first over the ear for me and the fit is good, it's comfortable and has decent range when I don't have my phone in my pocket. One thing I did buy as an accessory is the battery case which protects the headset when it's not in use and keeps it charged. I'm surprised BestBuy does not offer it on their site.

This is supposed to have better sound deadening and wind noise reduction than most, and it seems to live up to the promise. A little cumbersome to fit in my pocket when not using, but so far I am pleased with the sound clarity and ease of use, even when making and receiving calls while bike riding.

I wish you could get a warranty with it my first one broke so I had to purchase another one not really in to the ear buds for the type of work I do they fall out

The Plantronics Voyager 5220 is great. My wife does not experience audio fading that she did in cheaper versions of the Plantronics units sold in Wal Mart. The audio is also better in the ears of the caller. I would buy it again if she lost this one and I do recommend it to my friends.

Now I can chat hands free while driving. The noise canceling works great. The charge time is quick and gets what it says for talk time in the specs. The value is good. The only thing I don’t like is the the charge port cover. It’s easy to use comes with 3 sizes of ear pieces.

Plantronics - Voyager 5220 works wonderful with my iPhone for tele-Conferencing. It works like a blue tooth in a modern vehicle in that you can say "call Mr. So & So"and it follows your command. Noise cancelling and wind features make it the best and most cost effective way for me to function well with long business calls.
