Great battery life, noise cancel, HD voice, and great investment

It's a good product for what is currently on the market. The sound quality can be better for the price, but meets expectations. This should fall in the price range at most 70 not worth 90 dollars (on sale). Would recommend if the price was 70 or under. My cheaper Motorola had better sound quality.

This headset has a great range and decent battery life while being comfortable.

The sound quality is great. Unfortunately, the battery does not last long. After maybe an hour of talk it needs to be recharged. There's no way you can talk for 6 hours on a single charge.

I find that this has been a great Bluetooth headset for pairing both with my laptop and with my phone. It easily switches between them both and has decent talk time (3-4 hours ish). This is a replacement of one that finally would not hold a charge for more than an hour after several years of consistent use. ONE NEGATIVE is that the headset has pictured a charging carry case with it, but it is purchased a la carte with this Best Buy item number. Luckily I have the old one to use, but if I didn't this would be very disappointing.

Great Headset, excellent battery and noise cancellation is amazing!

I had the previous model for three years and it still worked. I had bought two of these as gifts for friends and I was jealous. I finally broke down and bought this for myself. I have given the old one away and happy I have the upgraded version. I can't talk on the phone without this fantastic headset. Listeners tell me that the quality is perfect. For me, the freedom is addictive.

Plantronics - Voyager 5220 works wonderful with my iPhone for tele-Conferencing. It works like a blue tooth in a modern vehicle in that you can say "call Mr. So & So"and it follows your command. Noise cancelling and wind features make it the best and most cost effective way for me to function well with long business calls.

I work from home and do not have access to a regular phone only my cell phone. Since COVID-19 started we have been on conference calls more and more each day and I was starting to get a pain in my neck from always having the phone in between my ear and shoulder. Love this new piece and it prevents the constant shoulder ache

I bought this because the speaker on my iPhone 7 was giving me trouble and I would have customers and coworkers complaining that they couldn’t hear me. I bought this and it was very easy to pair. Sound quality is very good and it allows voice acceptance (or declining) of calls. Shortly afterward, I bought an iPhone X and in very short order, had it paired to the new phone.

I think this one is the best quality for noise cancelling and comfort on the ear.

Love the design and sounds. Mic is great too, doesn't pick up background noise when working in the office or outside. Only downside is that the ear piece is kind of uncomfortable, doesn't fit right in your ear, can be uncomfortable.

I brought this for my dad, he travels a lot on business and usually takes lot of calls while on road. He tried many buletooths before but he liked this a lot reasons: 1) Stylish 2) Sleek 3) Battery Backup Little concern on the outside sound and little disturbance but this is with all the products.

I have found the Polly headset to be very accompable. Have great microphone reception and also noise-canceling. So people can hear you clearly on the other end
