Sound is clear and device is comfortable. So far I am happy with this product.

I work from home and do not have access to a regular phone only my cell phone. Since COVID-19 started we have been on conference calls more and more each day and I was starting to get a pain in my neck from always having the phone in between my ear and shoulder. Love this new piece and it prevents the constant shoulder ache

Love this blue tooth. It is light weight and it fits perfectly and it announces in coming calls so you know who is calling. Ask you if you want to answer or ignore each call.

Bought this to work from home. Overall it's pretty nice. Doesn't fit in my ear as well as hoped and once in a while gets a little broken up. Battery life is great and overall experience is good. Can't help but think there might be some equally as good for less.

Lost my headset, and of course found it as soon i bought this. It was an improved design, and I noticed that people could hear me better with it. I kept it because of this, and gave my old set to an employee. Uses standard USB for charging which is nice. My old one (about 2 years old) was proprietary. Overall all I'm very happy with this product, and would recommend it.

Solid and dependable. Nice that it sits over ear am no need to jam into rathole. Does not come with charging case shown in picture though.

I'm having trouble finding an earpiece that does not hurt my ear after having it in for even 15-20 minutes. And it is difficult for me to change the earpiece without destroying it. I would recommend this to friend only because the little I have used it, it is very clear and no noise. Maybe my ear is abnormal. :-)

This Bluetooth is on the bulkier/heavier side, but has excellent clarity and noise canceling feature. With being a little more bulky, it definitely seems more durable. I hope to have this one for many years. Highly recommend.

I am deaf in one ear so I use a single eared blue tooth. This is quite advanced and remarkable. It is also substantial, but not too heavy. I have already lost it once on the sidewalk and have since designed a sort of strap for when I'm hiking. I would love to have something specifically manufactured as an option.

This has good sound quality and is comfortable to wear for hours at a time.

I now understand the difference between headphones with a mic and a headset. Headphones the emphasis is on the ears and headset the emphasis is on a clear phone call. I now own one of each. I have $500 headphones great for listening but can't hold a candle to this product when it comes to making a phone call. I can be outdoors , in the car or in the office and I still have a good quality call.

Love the design and sounds. Mic is great too, doesn't pick up background noise when working in the office or outside. Only downside is that the ear piece is kind of uncomfortable, doesn't fit right in your ear, can be uncomfortable.

I was using PLT Voayger Legend and was my favorite for a long time, until I had my hands over this product. After looking at this headset, I realized that PLT had taken user reviews seriously and fixed some of the issues of the old model.. Like adding a microUSB port, enhancing the wind noise cancellation. I would ask my callers to guess where I am, and they would say home, office, as the background is super quiet.. I would surprise them by saying I'm in Times Square with wind and traffic noise. It fits well, but I think for longer use, it may cause ear fatigue. The sensors work brilliantly! I love the feature where it reminds you that you are on mute, if you start speaking while on mute.
