I love this Bluetooth it’s lightweight and the sound is loud and clear

I thought it was just OK. I didn’t like the fit of the over ear hook. With glasses I kept trying to keep the ear piece in. The sound was ok but not the best. I bought it because I wanted something sleek but ended up returning it because it was too uncomfortable for me. I guess if over the ear hook is your thing then this may be for you.

I have already bought different models or brands of Bluetooth headsets in the past. This is by far the best I have ever used. Easy to use, with excellent audio and voice quality. Don't go for the cheaper models; you will only get frustrated (like I did) with low quality phone conversations. It is worthwhile to spend a bit more and get this model.

Just exchanged my 6th in 2 years. Either charging port melts, or it completely stops responding. When it works, it has a good battery life to get through a work day. Audio quality is great, whether talking or listening to music while working. Sometimes the noise canceling can be a pain, but mostly does the job to keep whoever I am talking with hearing me and not the equipment I am around. Seems to be pretty water resistant to water, but sweet still gets into it from time to time. I keep black tie protection on every one but lately, they don't even last 6 months.

The clarity of conversation is better than I anticipated. Ear piece has GREAT flexibility to wear on either side and mic flexibly adjusts as well. .. it’s just a little big (or maybe I have small ears!) so I have to get it just right when using, then it doesn’t move. Like it a lot tho!

With handsfree answering or ignoring pesky solicitors? The Voyager 5220 headset is great! I wear them for work and when I'm at home, I do not go anywhere without them. Great sound quality and people can hear me without any issues. Crystal clear! Best investment, trust me I've tried a number of other brands!

If you are looking for a bluetooth that will tell you who is calling you based on your saved contacts, this is would be a great investment. It holds charge for at least a week before you have to charge it. Also there is an app you can download to your phone that will help you keep up with the charge amount and locating if if you miss place it.

Of Course I lost my last ear piece in the same way that I lost the one before that. I tried to use wireless headphones or even wired ones. The Plantronics beats the rest in clarity and mitigating the wind noise. It really can filter out background noises much better such as traffic and wind. Just stick with this and you will never be sorry.

The device does disconnect sometimes which is annoying but I don’t know if it’s the phone or the device. I was using Apple AirPods to talk on the phone but the noise cancellation doesn’t exit on the AirPods. The voyager does a lot better in that respect.

I have used this brand daily for three years now. I’ve had three of them. I usually get 1 year or more out of each one before I ever see any issues. I say this because I’m constantly taking it on and off my head due to my work. Very very comfortable and really like the voice activation. Highly recommend.

Best over the ear bluetooth made! I have hearing issues and this bluetooth helps me to hear phone calls and media 100% better!

I wish you could get a warranty with it my first one broke so I had to purchase another one not really in to the ear buds for the type of work I do they fall out

This is the third Plantronics headset I’ve owned in about 8-10 years. I continue to try other models and always end up back with Plantronics. They’ve been developing headsets for a very long time and are the best in the industry. I always get great sound and the people on the other end say it sounds like I’m on my phone, not a headset. They’re very well engineered.

Better than the Legend. Noise cancellation is very impressive. Updates and settings possible via iPhone app. No need to connect to a computer for updates or settings. High quality audio is off by default. Turn it on.

I loathe holding my phone up to my ear to talk and using earbuds with cords is just annoying. I’ve been using Bluetooth headsets for many years and this is by far the best one. It was awesome at noice cancelling... I could be walking outside on a windy day and the person I was talking to wouldn’t know. This one has died... I’ll be purchasing another one soon!!!

Had my previous unit for 2 years and it broke where it twists. Decided to buy a replacement and they've improved it for this generation. Better able to twist & respond back, better noise cancellation. Like it even better. Also bought the recharging case and I really like it. Better protection for the headset plus the unit is always charged! Go ahead and buy this one!
