This headset has a great range and decent battery life while being comfortable.

much better connection and sound that my previous experience with bluetooh. still have a little difficulty ending calls without using the phone, but maybe its user error. otherwise seems to work fine. volume controls a little ackward but i dont imagine theres much else they can do with so little area to work with.

Excellent unit, capable of pairing two (2) phones at one time. Noise canceling is amazing. I would have gave it five (5) stars if it came with the charging case. For the price it should come complete with the charging case and not just a USB cord for charging......

I had the previous model for three years and it still worked. I had bought two of these as gifts for friends and I was jealous. I finally broke down and bought this for myself. I have given the old one away and happy I have the upgraded version. I can't talk on the phone without this fantastic headset. Listeners tell me that the quality is perfect. For me, the freedom is addictive.

This is allegedly as good as it gets. I still have in call disconnects and reconnects that Plantronics knows about, but doesn't do anything about it. The sound quality is good the noise canceling is good and the fit in my opinion is great.

I bought this because the speaker on my iPhone 7 was giving me trouble and I would have customers and coworkers complaining that they couldn’t hear me. I bought this and it was very easy to pair. Sound quality is very good and it allows voice acceptance (or declining) of calls. Shortly afterward, I bought an iPhone X and in very short order, had it paired to the new phone.

Very clear audio and battery life. Excellent product.

Good Bluetooth I had the other lower grade models but this one connects better and the quality of sound is better. The power adapter is better and charges extremely fast 20-30 minutes for a full charge. The full charge which is supposed to be 7 hours falls short hence the 4 stars as I would estimate 4-5 hours.

works as described noise cancelation was good Battery time was as described but in my book very limited Took 1 start or low battery life per charge If you need a good headset for the car or office this would do. If you are on the move alot probably need to look for something with a longer lasting battery

With handsfree answering or ignoring pesky solicitors? The Voyager 5220 headset is great! I wear them for work and when I'm at home, I do not go anywhere without them. Great sound quality and people can hear me without any issues. Crystal clear! Best investment, trust me I've tried a number of other brands!

I have used this brand daily for three years now. I’ve had three of them. I usually get 1 year or more out of each one before I ever see any issues. I say this because I’m constantly taking it on and off my head due to my work. Very very comfortable and really like the voice activation. Highly recommend.
