Love that you can connect with Alexa through this bluetooth and it has different features I love. I definitely love the command feature which you can tell it to answer or ignore and you can also say the person you want to call without picking up your phone.

I really love these ear peices. But, have more problems with this one.

I'm vary happy Wit this , but its cutting off a few times ,the old version was a little batter

Great device and sound quality is excellent. Battery life for now is 7hrs talk time which is ok but just wished it could be longer . i truly enjoy the noise cancellation.

Very comfortable and sound quality is great but battery life is awful (and has reduced over time). Initially I got 6 hours out of a full charge and now its down to 5 hours.

I brought this for my dad, he travels a lot on business and usually takes lot of calls while on road. He tried many buletooths before but he liked this a lot reasons: 1) Stylish 2) Sleek 3) Battery Backup Little concern on the outside sound and little disturbance but this is with all the products.

Just exchanged my 6th in 2 years. Either charging port melts, or it completely stops responding. When it works, it has a good battery life to get through a work day. Audio quality is great, whether talking or listening to music while working. Sometimes the noise canceling can be a pain, but mostly does the job to keep whoever I am talking with hearing me and not the equipment I am around. Seems to be pretty water resistant to water, but sweet still gets into it from time to time. I keep black tie protection on every one but lately, they don't even last 6 months.

As is generally the case, Plantronics Voyager 5220 headset is solid. It works identical to the Voyager Legend this replaced. Sound quality, talk time, all are great. Only complaint is it doesn't have the exact same charging options as the Legend, and you cannot use the same charging case.

Excellent quality. I’ve tried others but by far this one is the best. Level of back ground is zero, hearing and pairing is excellent.

Great compact headset with good noise canceling. Love how it folds up so you can put it in your shirt pocket. Also like the over 7hrs of talk time and the ability to charge it two ways. If you can find it there is a charging case that it will fit into that is nice and portable and will recharge it at least 2 times before needing to be recharged.

I loathe holding my phone up to my ear to talk and using earbuds with cords is just annoying. I’ve been using Bluetooth headsets for many years and this is by far the best one. It was awesome at noice cancelling... I could be walking outside on a windy day and the person I was talking to wouldn’t know. This one has died... I’ll be purchasing another one soon!!!

This is the third Plantronics headset I’ve owned in about 8-10 years. I continue to try other models and always end up back with Plantronics. They’ve been developing headsets for a very long time and are the best in the industry. I always get great sound and the people on the other end say it sounds like I’m on my phone, not a headset. They’re very well engineered.

WIRELESS HEADSET ON POINT CRYSTAL CLEAR EVEN IN LOUD PLACES SUPER COMFY .

Have owned many different Bluetooth devices over the years, but always come back to Plantronics, paired with iPhone right out of the box in less then 20 seconds. All the features are very easy to use and the sound quality and clarity is the best on the market, and always nice to catch this one on sale, considering the high price.

Had my previous unit for 2 years and it broke where it twists. Decided to buy a replacement and they've improved it for this generation. Better able to twist & respond back, better noise cancellation. Like it even better. Also bought the recharging case and I really like it. Better protection for the headset plus the unit is always charged! Go ahead and buy this one!

I love this headset, though I may need to invest in the foam covers. If I leave the phone in my car, as I walk further away it tells me that I am out of range. The range is actually pretty good and the battery lasts about 3 days depending on the talking. I like that it has both the mini charger and the magnetic, wasn't previously happy with only the magnetic.
