The item works fine. The only problem I had was that I wanted to remove the earpiece to replace it. The instructions didn't include how to do that. I had to go to Google to find that. Otherwise, it works fine, with good sound.

I like the earpiece only issue is battery life is not long even when not much use. All in all though good earpiece.

I've had it for about two weeks. It works well. The Plantronics app helped me reset the sensors. The only reason I have it four stars is because it would set better in my ear if it was a little longer from the apex of top to the ear speaker but that's probably just my particular ear.

This hangs on my ear better that my smaller and cheaper headset. It really is not that noticeable after a few minutes. This came recommended to me by a guy I work with. He buys one once a year and uses it around 12 hours a day. For me, the battery life has been great. I maybe charge it here and there every 2-3 days. I would buy it again if I lost it.

I’ve have had quite a few Bluetooth headsets my last on was a blue ant that was ok as far as all that it cold do but was very cheaply constructed and uncomfortable voice quality not bad .But the plantronics Voyager so far is by far the best I’ve owned voice quality and comfort and durability are all that I was looking for in a Bluetooth good job Plantronics..

Great noise blocker, voice commands for calling etc. announced calls etc. worth the money

The sound is very clear and much, much better than my old Plantronics Legend (that I truly loved). It is stiffer than the Legend which means it doesn't flap around. On my Android, the call button doesn't work, rather there is a red button on the mic extension that brings up Google Now. It is a longer press to activate which is a bit irritating. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I bought my legend and it lasted 4 years. My wife has a 5220 for about a year. One got stolen and we replaced it with the same. When my legend battery died, I bought this one. Clean sound on both ends of the connection. I used to have an older brand and it had an echo and I kept hearing myself. I have never had that echo with the Plantronics.

I bbought this for my husband for Christmas. The first one was lost in transit but Best Buy was awesome in getting me a replacement and allowing me to pick it up in store. This is the only brand headset he will use. The sound quality, stability and durability are beyond compare.

I have had a Voyager Edge for several years and it finally got dropped and run over. Couldn't find another one and found the reviews on this one to be the best. Design is a bit different with the over the ear piece which is comfortable, but a bit wonky if wearing glasses. The instructions say to put it on first, then your glasses......works okay so far!

Will not use any other Bluetooth than this one. Has been my favorite for over 5 years. Loves the way it fis around my ears. I’m a contractor so convenience and comfort is important

Very similar to my old legend that failed. This one uses a micro USB charging cord instead of a proprietary connector. That works well since you can always find a cord. Button layout and function is easy to use. Sound quality is top notch. People can't tell that I'm on a headset. Only downside is the over ear design interferes with glasses or sunglasses.

Amazing noise canceling makes for great audio quality for the other end, but I have never found a Bluetooth that stays on my ear. I end up holding it to my head the whole time, which just defeats the purpose of the BT.

long battery life, Voice commands, light weight and very clear.

I have tried and I own a number of Bluetooth devices, including Bose and Air Pods. This one is not cool or sexy, but it provides the best background noise elimination of any Bluetooth device I have ever had. I have been in meetings while riding my bike outside, and no one could tell I was on the phone. Awesome-even better than Airpods.
