Been through many iterations of the Plantronics Voyager headsets and they've all been really good. Given the same design, I figured I'd try the 5220. Headset works great, just as I've come to expect except it keeps having issues with my iPhone 6S Plus. It will say that it is connected, but when I answer the call, I can't hear the person and they can't hear me. I have to power down the headset and then turn it back on for it to work right, if the iPhone reconnects, which sometimes it doesn't. Works 100% perfectly on my Android phone, Droid Turbo 2, that I also keep paired simultaneously. I've been able to minimize the issues by turning half of the features off on the headset, like the answer when you put it on your ear. I think it's more of an iPhone issue than a headset issue though.

Light, excellent Mic - my calls were very clear; However I had problems in listening clarity due to wifi interference. I returned it after 5 days. Now evaluating a Jabra model.

My Bluetooth is very Light, the Individual can hear me clearly and I can here them clearly as well. It announces who's call so answering the phone is hand free

I needed a good noise canceling headset that had completely hands free technology. The Plantronics Voyager 5220 is great. This is my third Plantronics and they all have lasted at least two years. I switched to Plantronics from Blue Parrot for that reason. Also, it’s much less bulky to wear than an over the head type, with the same sound quality.

The product was a gift for my husband who is a truck driver. It has excellent sound quality and no outside background noises can be heard. Prompt answer when call comes in as well, no delay. My husband loved it so much he ordered a charging case for his Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset.

I’ve had a lot of Bluetooths and this one is my favorite, which is why I bought it a second time upon my first one accidentally getting damaged. It’s comfortable and crystal clear. The charge time lasts for hours and it charges really fast!

Another great Plantonics product. Fits comfortably and comes with 3 different sizes of ear inserts to accomodate fit and comfort. Sound and features work great. It can be adapted to fit either ear to avoid ear fatigue, just twist a couple parts and it's ready for the other ear, excellent feature. Highly recommend the product, it's worth the investment.

Comfortable, adjustable for either ear, great mic!

Purchased the earpiece a while ago to use for my work. The microphone is amazing on it, and the call quality is fairly decent as well. The issue I had with the product was the charging case coming separate for 40$. The 7 hour battery on the headset tends to only last around 5 hours or less.

Poly Voyager (formerly known as Plantronics) has been a solid Bluetooth over the years. However, lately, the Voyager series has not been as greatvas they used to be. I'm noticing the last few have not lasted more than a year. I really need Best Buy and Poly to reinstate their the extended warranty because the unit cost too much to begin failing within a year. I used to 10/10 recommend the Voyager series, now im on the fence. If this one doesn't last, I'm going to update this review.

Love it. Took the help of my son to figure out why it wasn't working with video chat on messenger, but we got it figured out works great to get rid of the background noise in my space when talking to someone.

I have been using this product for a while now almost on a daily basis with my phone. The connection has always been good and the reception is very clear. On the other end while I am talking, people have indicated that I come across very clear and would not know that I was using a bluetooth ear piece. I would purchase this again.
