Good Bluetooth. Does a very good job filtering noise.

The headset fits perfectly well without my glasses. The sound clarity is very good, the noise suppression is also top notch. It doesn't have a heavy feel on the ear when you get used to having something on your ear. The only issue is wearing sunglasses the temple stays away from the back of your ear because of the bulkiness of the earpiece

Works good but its a little small. I have a hard time getting it adjusted to my ears. My ears are a little bigger that the device. Doesnt reach my ear very well but so far call quality is good.

Great sound, battery life and so comfortable to wear.

The most important thing is that it is clear. I can hear in windy and noisy areas and people can hear me. The only thing I noticed is that sometimes when I say answer, I have to say it twice or just answer via the phone. Not all the time, but enough to be somewhat annoying.

I bought this for my wife that does Shipt. She said that works great and no issues with it! Very convenient and isn't annoying to wear.

These were great, but they changed how they are built. The new upgrade is lighter but doesn't function as well. The fit is not as good, the noise canceling doesn't work either, and they feel cheap. I am disappointed but I feel they are still the best earpieces in class. I tried Blue P... and I don't recommend those at all especially if you drive with your window down.

Sound great and comfortable enough to wear all day.

Excellent quality. I’ve tried others but by far this one is the best. Level of back ground is zero, hearing and pairing is excellent.

I forget I have this on my ear, that is how comfortable the Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset is. Nice functionality, easy set up. I upgraded from another Voyager that I used everyday. Price point is also good.

I am very active and always on the go. I am around a lot of loud equipment, cars, trucks and aircraft. It is nearly impossible to hear and be understood on my expensive iPhone. I am in & out of vehicles constantly as well as driving in states that require hands free communication. This is my 4th Plantronics device. Awesome!

Fits comfortably and has great noise cancelling properties.

The headset connects right away! With some phones calls there is a high pitch noise. Also the phone to headset range isn’t much. I have my phone in my pocket and headset on and sometimes the connection drops. Works to play music also.

Best earbud that is available. Comfortable and fits either ear. Includes smartphone app for features and settings. I especially like the Alexa button on the earbud. Also, besides having a built-in "find my earbud" feature on the app, it also includes "Tile" as part of it.

We liked all features of the voyager however it's earpiece did not fit in ear well- it was either too tight or felt like it was going to fall out. We took the old ear nub off our last earpiece (different brand) that fit well and put it on this one and now it's perfect

Plantronics delivers The gold standard of Bluetooth headsets. I purchased this one as a replacement for one I misplaced. Yes, I realize they do have a tracking app but it doesn’t always deliver specially if the headset was off. That being said, if you need to talk to people rather than listen to music this is your best choice

This Headset has a good battery life. Sound is Great.
