Excellent for me to switch between my Just phone and my cell phone without having to do anything but just say the word answer and then it answers it. Been a great thing is that you can order a charging case for this from Amazon for like 30 bucks works like a charm.

Bought one for my husband, a realtor and my son who drives a work truck full of tools because I could never hear him over the background noise when he wore his old headset. I love this headset. I talk to my son all the time while he drives between jobs and only hear his voice, no background noise. Great for people who have to be on their phones in a noisy vehicle.

I have tried multiple bluetooth headsets in the past and every single one of them I would get complaints that the caller could barely hear me. I decided to give this one a try and everyone says they can hear me perfectly and I have not had any issues of hearing people or them not hearing me. I would definitely recommend this.

It’s a Plantronics Voyager - need I say more? Been using the Voyager line for a very, very long time. Beautiful upgrade to my Pro, which I still have and still works after nearly 7 years. This new model is amazing, especially when coupled with the charging case. Unparalleled professional Bluetooth earpiece - nothing else compares for business use.

I'm a truck driver and was recently using the blue Parrott brand but I would only get a year use out of them...So I decided to try something new and so far I'm loving this headset it blocks out background noises and even if it's windy out it blocks that to...Fingers crossed that I get more than a year out of them.

Keep coming back to this bluetooth unit. Yeah. Its not real discrete but it seems to just work well for talking and listening on the mobile phone. Have no complaints. Seems solid enough as the first one of these I had finally quit working after a long time of abuse.

This has great sound quality. With my previous blue tooth ear pieces, my family complained about not hearing me clearly but this device is very good with noise cancelling and very clear sound. The one down side is that if you wear glasses the ear hook part will be bulky/clunky.

I have owned FOUR of these..they were ALL good, I just LOST two in the OCEAN and two in the BAYOU! I really LOVE this Bluetooth more than any other that I've owned and will continue to replace them as they are DEFINITELY worth the price!

This Headset is awesome, and it really works. Great noise cancellation, and you can have music playing in the background while talking clearly with your party on the line. I like that-it can also answer or ignore your calls. Great product for money.

Easy to use out of the box, awesome battery and lightweight.

I had the option of trying out Apple iPods or buying new one of these. My old ones lasted about two years and I loved every minute of them. I still think I made the right choice. Get the free app with it if you buy them. It’s got loads of extra features that you will never know your using. Seamless.

I had this earpiece for about a week before returning it. Overall, I really liked the features and callers on the other end said I was very clear. I found the sound quality on my end to be a bit tinny, but loud and discrernible. The over the ear design was a bit awkward and didn't fit my glasses so well. I guess the deciding factor for me was noise suppression. I had a Sennheiser Presence before and people could rarely tell that I was in a noisy place with that earpiece. With the 5220, people noticed right away that I was in a noisy place. This is likely a good headset that would work well for many people, but I ultimately went with another Sennheiser Presence for the overall voice quality and noise suppression.

The sound is terrific. The ear piece that fits into the ear needs improvement. It actually hurts after an hour or so. I tried all the different sizes.

Excellent sound quality, great battery life, easy to use

Still playing around with the ear buds trying to find the best fit. The smallest one fits in my ear and stays but after about an hour starts to hurt. Battery life is excellent had it on about 12 hours and could have gone longer.

Never really liked wearing headsets but when I do I really like this one. Sound is excellent and I find that others just don't sound clear at all. I work at home and I can still answer the phone even if my hands are at their dirtiest with a simple voice command which makes cooking and working so much easier
