Very nice sound quality and battery last all day on single charge

By far the best bluetooth headset on the market.i have owned 4 sets and these beat them all. I can hear and other people don't know I'm. In my bus or outside in the wind. I did have one person ask me where I was at when I was at the airport. Thumbs up on this set.still trying to see what a full charge is when I charge it.

I tried several jabra ear pieces and each time had problems with the pairing and staying connected to both my phones . The 5200 out of box ready to use in less than 30 seconds works every time on both phones easy to set up easy to use very comfortable wearing it. Almost too comfortable I forget I have it on. 200 percent recommend it to anyone.

Bought this device, and works as advertised. Compared to my old BT where wind noise was a problem, this device proved to be immune to it. I was also concerned about being able wear the device as I have glasses. Not an issue and it feels more secure compared to my old non-Plantronics device which was also over the ear. So far so good. Am impressed.

Tried a lot of Bluetooth headsets in the past but this one is by far the best one I ever ran across it has clear crisp clarity , excellent background noise reduction when I am on the phone using my headset everyone thinks that I'm in a close room because they can not hear all the background noise when at work I made a good choice on this one....

This is the ear piece with the best sound, best quality. Forget all the others. DO NOT BUY ANY OTHER EAR BUDS! Plantronics is the BEST! I promise you will not be disappointed with this product.

Best earbud that is available. Comfortable and fits either ear. Includes smartphone app for features and settings. I especially like the Alexa button on the earbud. Also, besides having a built-in "find my earbud" feature on the app, it also includes "Tile" as part of it.

I spend a fair amount of time on my phone for work and have tried other headsets in the past. This one is the best I have used and really like it. I have used it both inside and out and have never had anyone complain about background noise like they have with previous ones that I have had. And it is comfortable to wear also.

I had high hopes for this headset due to the reviews I've read. The microphone was good or so I'm told by folks on the other end. The issue was the earpiece being very uncomfortable and sound wasn't loud enough.

Great Bluetooth piece. Replacing an 8 year old plantronics due to I dropped it and it broke the piece that goes around the ear. Otherwise still works good after 8 years. Therefore I wanted to replace it with another playronics.

Fits very nicely to my ears, nice sound and clean voice
