It is absolutely the best device for work calls. I can hear my clients in loud places. I have tried all of the other top of the line earbuds and I would sound like I was in a tunnel. I sound better with this device than I do with my phone up to my ear. I love it!

Very comfortable even with glasses. Very good sound as well.

Clarity was good for others hearing me but the earpiece volume level was not very high especially since none of the ear pods fit properly for me and near traffic was impossible for me to hear. I returned this item

Good Bluetooth. Does a very good job filtering noise.

Microphone does a pretty good job at filtering out background noise which is what I needed it for. I wanted to be able to take work calls in noisier environments while still coming across as professional.

After finally purchasing the Voyager I tested it out with loud background sounds and as much noise as possible even within the car on the highway. My voice was heard clearly on the other end which actually confused me. I really couldn't believe the background noise wasn't heard as loud as it actually was. This is the best Bluetooth headset I've owned so far.

Great sound, battery life and so comfortable to wear.

I needed a ear device that my 87 yr old mother could hear me on while driving. I've tried others and this is by far was the best! I didn't want to spend that much money, but it was worth it, even on windy days. My mom said it sounds like I'm on a landline. You won't be disappointed! I can even listen to music. Had one of these a long time ago and it would fall off my ear. got another hoping i would like it but if you have on sunglasses it likes to slip off your ear. and with the mask thing going on it gets hung up on the straps for that also. But this thing works great.

This headset continues the tradition of excellence that Plantronics brings to headsets. Works perfectly all the time, does everything it says it does, so what's not to like? Only gripe is that you are no longer provided sponge foam earbud covers, so I wasn't happy about that, hence the 4 stars incited of 5. Also, at this price, they should have included the "optional" charging stand, that makes everything about this headset even better. Either way, this thing is a winner, so don't hesitate to buy it if you are looking for a full featured BT headset

This is by far the best Bluetooth available on the market. It is comfortable to wear all day long. The text to speech is pretty accurate. However the sound quality on the other line is not that great. I've had a few calls where when I call land lines they have difficulty hearing me. But when I call cell phones there's hardly any problems with sound quality.

Sound great and comfortable enough to wear all day.

The sound is excellent and the battery lasts all day, however it makes my ear hurt after 20 minutes in either side so I take it off between calls. It needs one more size cup that is smaller and more flexible.

The headset fits perfectly well without my glasses. The sound clarity is very good, the noise suppression is also top notch. It doesn't have a heavy feel on the ear when you get used to having something on your ear. The only issue is wearing sunglasses the temple stays away from the back of your ear because of the bulkiness of the earpiece

Clear sound easy operation feels good on the ear..

I am very active and always on the go. I am around a lot of loud equipment, cars, trucks and aircraft. It is nearly impossible to hear and be understood on my expensive iPhone. I am in & out of vehicles constantly as well as driving in states that require hands free communication. This is my 4th Plantronics device. Awesome!

This is agreat blue tooth with excellent clarity. I have been using it for over 6 months. I had one that was run over by a mower. I went about 3 weeks, before purchasing another; that was way to long. I have used others over the years, this one is by far of superior quality!

Plantronics delivers The gold standard of Bluetooth headsets. I purchased this one as a replacement for one I misplaced. Yes, I realize they do have a tracking app but it doesn’t always deliver specially if the headset was off. That being said, if you need to talk to people rather than listen to music this is your best choice

After much research I decided to buy the Plantronics Voyager 5220. I Love it! The headset fits in and over my ear comfortably and the sound is great! I’m extremely happy with my choice and highly recommend this headset to anyone who needs their hands free!
